After purchasing this device online, I waited for three weeks before it was delivered. When I called to inquire when it would be delivered, I was answered with great hostility and a level of disrespect which was outrageous. How a person can treat a customer like this is beyond belief. When the piece finally arrived, it appeared dis colored and had teeth marks, yuck! I called the company to complain and was told that a new replacement would be sent out immediately, this was back in November. It is now early February and still no replacement. I will never order from this company again.
Purchased this rediculous contraption and paid for 2 day shipping....after 3 days without any word I send a message to the owner/ president of the company who has the audacity to tell me to "thank her" and just wait for her to send the product. Immediately afterwards she begins to send me the following email messages....please read and tell me that this woman does not need psychological help and medication. Do not be fooled by the supposed new company owner...she is as rude and unprofessional as the former owner. My intention was to sample all three products and possibly form a wholesale partnership with our company so as to sell these throughout Latin America. We have since then contacted the manufacturers of Facial Flex and have ordered an initial 6K piece order. Please be aware...there are far better products out there and you will not need to put up with this type of service.
Seller: Thank you for your continued support. Im addicted too! Anyway it may still take five days to receive. I am out of town, when I get back to my office I will send a grey unit to you , not to worry. Give me ten days though.
