His company bought this park . no one in the mobiloe home park was notified. we immediately started receiving notices to do spring cleaning.( in Feb). New rules came out to be enforced with fines then termination of lease. all notices, contractsa rules were hung on peoples doors, no mail delivery, this is in winter and early spring. at the bottom of such notices it states they all remainin force until written release senht. no releases have been sent.
Evictions started on all that owned there own homes. If they were behind on rent, or did not complete orders from anagement team. People tried to pay partial, they would not except it. Even though people had contracts with previous owner none were addressed or honored.
For 3months I explained to trisha manager, of this park, I was unable to pay due to my disability, I had 2 surguries, failoed was not released to work, waiting for SSD to approve ,have another surg. scheduled will be off another year. She continued to harrass me along with maintance workers, they would sit outside my window for hour at a time, watch me if I was outside. Trisha filerd an eviction notice on me , I was served papers on the day of court trisha cancelled d/t sons illness. they then had court on another day without serving me papers therefore i did not go to court. the judge upheld my eviction.. I filed an adendment with same district judge, showing per sherriffs report I was not notified, I was buying my home, had applied for disability and agreed to pay when I received check. The manager Trisha pur on affidavid to judge she had no knowledge of my being ill. Lies. I have aq written contract with previous owners.
As i nolonger have a home I stay wih ex, in same park, they are now evicting him because of unauthorized visitor. They brought the Warren Co Sherriff to my ex's demanding me , telling me i had to leave ,had no right to be there. Called Diane district manager asked her page # and rule # where it stated this. She reeplied not one there.
I called warren co sherriff over harrassmewnt ands I wanted to know if the sherriff department was in charge of enforcing private companies policies, especially those not written.
next I made call to trisha, manager asked her to have all corraponance to me in writing and mail it, I also stated I was giving notice that i would possibly be moving my trailer and my sons in 30-60 days. She called the police told them i was harrassing them. Officer conrad repeated what I just said and told me I could not harrass them, wanted to tell me ifvI moved trailer he would charge me with grand theft. I told him I was giving notice and would pay, he had the audaqcity to ask if I had the Money. Now is this his business.
The park managers indicated City of hartford wants This trashy place cleaned up. The Mayer denies association with them.
