Contacted this firm for my service business to help be more cutting edge. We had two firms under our corporate heading that do service work. Both in various states. We dealt with Dane Johnson as our salesman. We had him on speaker phone and clearly indicated that we had two sides of our firm and that we needed them to toggle back and forth. Dane Johnson put us on hold to confirm with his boss Albert Ross [***-***-****]who then came back on and sold us the contract and emailed the paperwork under our corporate heading. They claimed no problem at all and it would be done together in tandem under this contract and rate quoted.
All seemed okay as the technician shown up and installed the transmitters for the gps tracking on the corporate vehicle and training for the initial part one Reveal was okay......but when it came time to load our customer file into the system Quinn Chardavoyne [***-***-****] started in with emails telling us we couldn't have what was sold and it would be extra money and they can't do what Dane Johson and Albert Ross sold. So this was in January 2016 it is now July 2016 and even after speaking to the Sales Director Brennan Carson [[email protected]] we have no system to use. We do not have the fully uploaded product that was sold to us and it is usable as it stands to us. I contacted them by email and explained they are in breech of contract. I get contacted by Carlos Garrido, Regional Account Executive of which I explain the situation and of course he sends me an email telling me to disregard and trash the transponders. Of course Brennan Carson and Albert Ross tell us they will not bill us until the system is up and run....but in February they start hitting my credit card for montly service fees on a system not working yet nor will they provide the services sold!
Well today I get a stern email from [email protected] telling me I am seriously negative??? Dude...we never used the system because per the contract they never installed it to be used correctly. We actually got soaked for a system that can't work by a sales team that has no clue.
I have emails telling me they wouldn't charge us until they 'fixed' the issues.....but according to Quinn in Work Team...they have no intention of honoring the contract. This firm is so disoriented and unprofessional in the handling of the sales to the implementation divisions that they don't communicate via interoffice. I only wish someone had posted the details about this firm a little more specifically...I would have never used them to begin with. As it stands they collected money for a product they didn't finish and it could not be used. Now, against emails saying otherwise they are still trying to collect on a contract that was breeched and cancelled by their Regional Account Executive??? Really folks....I do not know how you can stay in business operating as shady & stupidly as you are doing now. I give this firm less than a year and it will go bust. Now I told them if they acted like gentlemen and just made everything go away I wouldn't sue for breech of contract or send a letter or complaint to the Attorney General's office.....but yet after everything they said and in writing....here they go right on trying to bill me....so guess what. I am a person of my word even though they are not.....enjoy the Consumer Complaint Department and the FCC complaints since a wireless unit was used in our fair state as part of the contract.....I am only beginning to let the world know what a piece of garbage Fleetmatics is!
So this is beyond buyer beware ------- DANGER, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!
