I paid $4.95 for a 14 day trial of Flawless Anti-aging serum. I had to stop using the product after 3-4 days due to the excessive drying out of my skin. I did not realize that I had to call and cancel within the 14 day peirod or they would charge me $89.85. When I saw the charge on my credit card statement, I called to cancel the orders. Unfortunately for me, they had already charged me a 2nd time and sent me another serum. I had to go to their website and find the terms & conditions on a link and read through them. Buried in there was the rules associated with the trial period. It was on nothing that came with my order. I received my 1st order after the trial but did not open the box it was mailed in. When I called an asked if I could return the opened package I received, I was told I could not return it and would not get my money back. After going back and forth with the lady for several minutes, she hung up on me. It is interesting that they put a phone number on the information card you receive with the order but do not put their website on there.
