Same thing as other reports - bought a trial size for around $5, but then every month they are charging me $160 for no product. There is no website that I can find. Please make them stop!
I Was using my computer a few weeks ago when this add popped up, offering me a free trial of flawless wrinkle cream. All they asked was that I pay $4.99 P & h. I gave them my name, address and phone nuumber. My grandson, who got my computer for me,had it set so I could not give out my credit card number to anyone. When I couldn't go any further,I shut it down for the night. The phone rang and it was a man from Flawless Wrinkle Cream, wanting my card number for the postage and handling. He assured me they would only take out $4.99. In a few days, the tiny little jar of greasy cream came in the mail. When my J.C. Penny's card statement came it was more than I expected. I looked closely and saw that I had been charged $89.00 instead of $4.95. I imediately called the Flawless Cream Company. I told the man who answered that they had taken a lot more from my card than they agreed to take. I told him I was returning the cream and I wanted a refund. He said "No, Don't send it back We can't accept it. Keep it. You have already paid for it. I told him to refund my money and destroy my card number. He hung up and left me talking to myself. Since then, I have received three more tiny boxes from that Flawless Company. Different names but the same address. They all came a few days apart. I haven't opened any except the first one. I called my credit card company yesterday and learned that they had taken $89.00 from my card for each jar they had sent. That is a total of $356.00. I am an old handicapped lady who is almost 80 years old. I am on a limited income. I can't afford to have this much money taken from me. Please help me. That place is run by thieves. They need to be stopped Thank You, Betty, Carlisle, Ky. 40311
