I placed an order for a dress advertised on this company's Instagram page (@flawlessfboutique) on February 5, 2018. I paid via PayPal $89. I was told that I would receive an email for shipping information once the product was shipped. On March 5, 2018, I had not received any sort of notification about my product. I emailed the company about it, and got no response.
On March 12, 2018, I sent the company a message through Instagram and was told that I the product was not in stock. I was given the option to wait for it, or get a refund. I requested a refund, which I was told would take 7 business days. On March 23, 2018, I sent them another message because I had not received my refund, then I was told I would have to get with a manager. I was told to contact them again later in the day to get with a manager.
I did just that, and got no reply for the rest of the day, the next day, and the day after.
I sent them another message today (3/26/18) stating that I was going to report them, and started commenting on their Instagram posts that they are taking money and not sending merchandise. I immediately got a response, again telling me to email the manager, who never replied to any of my attempts previously.
