I have done business in the past with this company without any issues. I’ve always used the cheapest shipping (APC Postal Logistics) because there are no additional fees, taxes, customs, etc.
My recent order was sent by UPS and I did not request that shipper. The vendor refuses to take any responsibility in this matter when perhaps there was a system glitch in choosing the shipper., as I did not choose that option.
Why would I choose a more expensive shipper and/or a shipper noted for earlier problems? My letter fell on deaf ears with only a defensive response!
Nonetheless, the following information is provided:
On my latest shipment (1Z3E7F23DG95426100), UPS is requiring me to travel to the Customs office, which is a 6-hour drive; one way! They want me to provide my original passport, copy of my passport, copy of visa declarations, and pay the following fees – before they will even open the package:
Clearance charges: $42, Terminal charges: $29, Warehouse charge: $13, Customs fee: $7, Amendment fee: $45, Duty on assessed value (40%) $158, Value Added Tax VAT (7%) $25. After 2 days, Storage charges $5 per day until the shipment can be released from customs. Commercial Transportation for this 12-hour trip estimated $200.
It is estimated this $350 order will end up costing me an additional $525 whereas in the past the order would have been shipped to my home and no additional charges! Here is Flawless’s response:

To add insult to injury, here are the FACTS - Shipping a $350 order to my home - $37.67; return shipping $461.00 as per L\Jack Gindi's response.

After ordering a trail of Enhanced Mind IQ, I tried the product and had an allergic reaction to it. I cxalled and cancelled the product. Less than a week later, anohter shipment came in the mail. I returned it unopened. I was then charged another 89.92 for the bottle which was returned unopened. Then apparently I was charged another $89.92 on 10/4, which is not showing up on my credit card yet. I was told that they could not refund the payment charged to my card, even though I cancelled within a week of the initial trial order and returned the one bottle that was mailed afterward.
A survey popped up on my screen. It said that if I took this short survey I would win a bottle of a new anti aging cream. I would only have to pay $3.86 for shipping. So I took the survey. After I completed it it went to a screen where it asked for name, address and card number. I filled out the information and hit next. It went to the receipt with the total. I was was shocked. it had the $3.86 plus anoth $9.99 for Eye cream that I did not order.
I tried to page back which didnt work then I tried to cancel the order which did not work. I decided that $13.82 was not worth the fuss. But when I received my next bank statement I about crapped. They had taken out 2 withdrawals $89.84 and $88.62. I immediatley called them and was told that because I marked that I was over 18 that agreeded to join their little club. I asked for my money back and they said no, that it was a 14 day trial offer, which was not stated at the beginning of the survey. If it had been I would not have done it. So this is a warning to everyone if this pops up on your computer DON'T DO IT!! Flawless Skin/Neuphoric Skin is a rip Off and a Con.
August 2, 2016 i bought New Relumins Advance Glutathione 3500mg and was so excited to use it when I finally recieved it. Im familiar of using Glutathione injections as a matter fo fact this is my 5th session (using other brand from another seller which i wont mention) but decide to upgrade to a stronger formulation. 3500mg is not a joke, i was skeptical at first but was assured by Suzzy that it's an FDA Registered Formula so i went ahead and purchased it with Express Mail delivery costing me well over $350.
The first session went fine, although i notice heaviness in my chest but it went away after half hour. The next session, not only my chest went heavy but I got a terrible headache coming all the way from the back of my spine and at the back of my head, my vision went blurry and immediately felt sick that i started throwing up. Imagine having this pain all over my chest, ,back, head while vicisously vomiting. Husband called 112 right away and within minutes Emergency personal arrived and wisk me right away to to the hospital. Doctors started pumping whatever was in my system and was in IV for days, severely dehydrated and low pulse. But on the 3rd day everyting normalized. The Doctor said the i suffered allergic reaction and toxicity for sure but they couldnt figure out from what drug but they were sure it's not Glutathione when i told them i as taking IV glutathione. I was told Glutathione is water soluble and should not have that kind of reaction to ones body.
I will go ahead and contact FDA and report this store for sure,.they are misleading customers, God knows what could have happened to me if I continued to take it. We are sending the the rest of the box to US (FDA) for testing. Meanwhile I advise you take precaution and be very careful when buying Relumins from this online store. I just found out that they are importing these products from the Philipines which are known for FAKE glutathione injectables. One of these days, Flawless Beauty & SKin and the owner Sweet Suzzy will get their match and shut this store down for good for selling adulterated goods to public. They are so lucky that im located outside the US otherwise I will go with all my might to sue this company!
Internet offer for Free trial of face serum for shipping only of $4.95 results in multiple charges of $89.85 to your credit card. Company claims you agreed to automatic shipment of the product monthly and also charged you for the initial "free" trial! Wouldn't accept returns or refund any money. Disputing with Credit Card company and reporting to Better Business Bureau.
Somewhere around the last of September I ordered 2 products from Flawless antiaging online. One was an anti aging serum and the other a lip plumper. It was my understanding that I had to pay the shipping costs on each item in order to try it for 15 days and then I could cancel any future orders. I did call within the 15 days on August 14, 2015 and canceled any further orders as I did not see any results. They assured me there would be no further shipments or charges to my credit card. I recevied my new billing on the credit card and it showed a full charge of $89.95 to my account dated 10-12-15. When I called to company and asked them to remove the charges, they refused and said that was for the order in September which was supposed to be a free trial. I told them their information was deceiving and asked to speak to a supervisor to which they advised there was not one there. Don't ever use this company!!! Another lesson learned!!
