I ordered LED flashing shoes from their website, paid with PayPal, and received an email confirmation right away. However, the order was never shipped, and attempts to get a hold of this company were unsuccessful. The phone number they have on their website ends up with a voicemail always saying they are unavailable or offline, the online chat says the same thing, and any email I sent to them, was not retunred.....until I filed a case with PayPal to either get them to upload tracking informaiton and ship my shoes, or refund my money. PayPal got them to upload a tracking number, which was never updated on my order through their website, but once the tracking number with DHL Express showed delivered, it was clear it was a faulty tracking number, becuase it showed being delivered in a completely different state and DHL confirmed that item was not ever meant for me, and nothing was coming my direction. So, I told PayPal, they tried to get ahold of seller, no avail, and in the mean time while I was forced to wait for PayPal's protocall of requried timelines they have to contact the seller, the seller did in fact email me back saying the item was delivered to me. However, I let the seller know the shoes were delivered to someone in a completely different state and the seller emailed me back again saying that was the address I had on file. Which is incorrect. By this time, PayPal had refunded my money, so I emailed the seller back letting them know sarcastically, that if I were to order from them again, I'd make sure to relocate to whichever state they wanted to send the shoes to. I was shocked to get a sarcastic response back from them, basically saying, I know I screwed you. I believe this company is fraudulent in every way and doesn't even sell shoes, they just take people's money it appears. Thank goodness I used PayPal to pay for my item. Had I used a debit card, I would have lost all my money. The shoes were $54.99, I received all of my money back from PayPal. I would suggest not ever ordering from this company as I think they're totally fake.
I placed an order for two pairs of flashing shoes on August 15, 2016. On August 16, 2016 I was informed via email that the shoes I ordered were out of stock. I replied to the email stating that I wished to cancel this order because I had found the shoes elsewhere. Throughout August, they tried to offer me an extra pair of shoes and flashing sunglasses if I wouldc hange my order. I insisted that they cancel and quit bothering me. To my surprise, thier bill for $159.98 showed up on my credit card. I immediately put that charge in dispute and replied to their last email to apply a refund to the card since they never shipped any product. I have subsequently sent three emails in which the reply from "Amy" provides excuses why theyh have not refunded the money, incluidng that they were moving and thet she would go tell her bosss to do it. As of 10/18/2016, they stlll have not refunded my money.
