Frankie Lorenzo Anderson Jr. came to our home in Weaverville, NC on 3-31-19 around 10 pm EST and installed a used HVAC system for us. He wanted to be paid by cash and said since it was so late when he got done (approximently 12am), that he would e-mail our receipt for $2300 and our 90 day warranty, which he assured us that we would have the next morning.
He also assured us that this system would last us several years. The following day it started freezing up and not working properly. The A/C doesn't work. We have sent him a multitude of texts (including pics of how bad it freezes up, both inside and out), have left several messages on the two phone numbers we have with responses only twice.
Both times he answered, he promised to be out within a few days. We have not been able to contact him since even though we are still continually calling and texting him. The number he has listed on the site is the "wrong number" according to the woman who answers and says she has had the number for 2 years. My son has MS and can NOT tolerate the heat. Also, on Easter Sunday, I had a stroke and can't tolerate the heat. We are at out wits end and don't know what to do from here. We have been very patient but are now at a point that something has to be done.
Unfortunately, we have recently read how he has done this to others as well. If anyone reading this has had the same issue with him, we would love to hear from you. Please don't hesitate to call, email or text us.
The question is, where do we go from here? Any response would be greatly appreciated. We don't want this to happen to anyone else. We need it fixed ASAP and want our money back.

RUN! RUN! RUN!!! FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This young man appear to be respectable. However, he's very rude and disrespectful to his customer. He installed a Ac unit that work for a week. His warranty is for 6 months. I have his invoice and document to prove my case. This man do not honor his commitment and agreement. I had to paid another Ac company to finish his incomplete work. I was Rip off with a old worn out unit. when I was lies to again and again he was to busy or didn't answer my calls. His helper name Wendy. He say he work out of South Carolina and Florida. Please don't be fooled by this man. He ask for my old Ac unit and Air Handler. I want him to refund my money that I paid to another Ac Company to fix the unit to work. Thank

Since july 12, 2017, i am still without air and he has refused to refund my money. He will use excuse after excuse to include a couple of arrests as valid reasons for not showing up. It is not a customers fault that personal decisions caused those actions to happen. He doesn't show up to service calls when he says he will and at some point he will begin to ignore your calls. It was a 15 day window between my last request of him to fix it and one of his arrests and all i received was excuse after excuse. He does not stand by his warranty otherwise my unit would have been fixed within a timely manner. My last communication with him was not pleasant as he has accused me of buyers remorse instead of realizing he does not have good customer service skills and his service is poor. He has been reported on outscam previously. Avoid the headache and do a thorough research! this is not slander as i have copies of text messages and bond receipts to support this!
We purchased an AC condenser from Frankie in April. He came out to do the install and it didn't work so he had to come back out with a different one. Second one also didn't work. 3rd time he finally got a working unit installed. In the process of installing, it took about 3 weeks total time. He would say he was on his way and never show up. Or he would give hundreds of excuses why he could not make it within reasonable time frames. Then in june, less than 60 days the unit started having issues. I called and texted over and over with no show or no call. Even though initially he said he was coming then just stopped responding. We thought we had run out of warranty time so we let it go.
October the unit stopped completely in AC mode, then in December it wouldn't heat or cool. We had to pay someone to come out and do repairs on the gas line and was told by 2 different companies the problem was Frankie fault. So we had the line soldered, and gassed back up. Two weeks later the unit started messing up again but this time I had found my paper showing he guaranteed a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. So I contacted him. He didn't want problems at first and we thought after the second repair that we had done things were fine but the unit quit again. So I tried to get frankie out and he completely stopped responding. I have my warranty paper, and all subsequent documentation. If anyone else has been victim, please contact us. I'm willing to do what it takes to get him shut down completely. I wouldn't want him doing this to anyone else.
