I ordered TWO of the FIXD troubleshooting devices under ORDER #GO98103545 in Nov 2017 and paid $88.00 via VISA~~~8189. I have not received the items as of 12-23-17 and one of them was to be a Christmas present for my son. According to Cabela's VISA Card Center, the $88.00 charge cleared their system on NOV 6, 2017 via REF #24492159NJHFL623N payable to FIXED Automotive Inc.
Please refund the $88.00 immediately as I never received the product.
FIXD is supposed to be a diagnostic tool, that reads your vehicle's code, then sends the data back to your smartphone. I purchased mine on May 10, 2017 for $59.00. After waiting 4 weeks, and two emails questioning the delivery. They knocked off $20.00. Finally received on 7/25/2017, amazing... I downloaded their app to my phone. Plugged the unit my truck and started it up. After several attempts accross 3 weeks, the only thing it ever says is, "No Engine Light Detected". Amazon gives 2.5 stars. Save your money, and go borrow the one at AutoZone. I needed to replace a cracked plug, and oxygen sensor.
