Fix My Sauna LLC

1.5 years ago I sent in my sauna control box and panel to be repaired by this company.

They sent it back damaged and it only worked a couple of times.

I sent it back 4 total times and now I can't get ahold of anyone in the company.

I paid over $400 for this repair with a 10 year warrenty.

I have coorispondance emails and an invoice. My repair ticket number is 5525
