This company is apparently one of three who either share subcontractors and/or perform the same "services" as two other companies. When I arrived home in January 2016 and found a bright green sticker on my door stating,"This property has been deemed VACANT; if this is untrue, call this number immediately." etc.
I did call and was told that neither my name nor my address was in the data base. I subsequently called twice more and was finally given good information: that another company performed the same services. I was given that number, which I phoned, and was told that I had been in their database until the 19th of February, then was removed. What is the significance of that date? It was the date that my house was burgled and I was locked out.
By the time the snow began to clear, I found MANY indicators of my mail having been tampered with over time---letters with the two noticeable fold lines, separate from their envelopes, several similar pages illegible due to weather damage. The dates of the legible pages ranged from December to February.
I presumed that my mail was being breached in order to gain further information about whatever thieves want to know before doing a break-in. I plan to try to reconstruct my original attempts at gaining details about my case and the two other companies, and will supply you with all the information that I am able to gather.
Op is correct, this company will lie to you, manipulate the bid, send you back and forth taking photo after photo, just flat out play games. If you do decide to work for them, bid extremely high so you can afford to play their games. I refuse to do their work orders at their price, I say if you want me to do it you will pay my price and get that work order showing your bid price or your cost to go bid not theirs. My recommendation is unless you have no other work, do not work for them at all, its a complete waste of time. Not only do you spend hours emailing pictures, they also expect you to work for peanuts. Just say no. Once you do a job and finally get approval to be paid, they pay twice a month, but you never end up on the first cycle, so expect at least 30 days (which is not horrible) no deposit money, so everything you do you have to foot the bill for, and hope you have a good person on the inside your working with to get the payment approval. Again unless you have no other work, it is best to stay away. For grass you have take a photo showing the grass is long enough to cut, then photos showing the grass has been cut, your vehicle in the yard, same with snowplowing. Extermination, you need to show traps set, proof traps worked, photos showing everything removed, then they will send you back because you missed something in the photo.. Do yourself a favor and stay away, far far away.. Once all contractors decide to decline their work, perhaps they will realize, we control our businesses, not them.
