I ordered the "free trial" and paid the $4.95 shipping. Then, yesterday an amount of $94.57 was taken out of my checking account by these scam artists.
When I called the company, I was told I could not be transferred to her supervisor. They have their speil and that's all you can get out of them. They "claim" the fine print said I had to cancel in a certain period of time. I'm well aware of the scams that are out there, and I read all of the available "fine print" they had. I saw nothing that said I was under obligation to call and cancel. If I had, I wouldn't have ordered it. I would never pay $100.00 for a face cream.
Any reputable company would send an email, notifying the customer that the free trial was expiring. Not these scammers. Nothing!
The only reason I went ahead with my order was that I did not see anything about have to cancel, AND one of the ladies on "Shark Tank" was backing them.
I have reported this as fraud to my bank and they are trying to recover the money for me, but I don't expect it will do much good.
Ordered this sample product off the internet all I needed to pay for was $4.95 for shipping and handling. 3 weeks later they charged my account for $87.47 and $89.47. I have called twice to talk to them to tell them that I do not want the product and want my account credited for both amounts that they charge me. They keep giving me the run around. They tell me I can't call for refund until a later date. I have asked to talk to a supervisor and am told they are the best person to talk to. I have never given them the authorization to charge my account other than the initial shipping and handling. They do not have a web site that I can find. Never received any emails to confirm or one that said they would automatically charge my account for more product.
