Never ever go to fitnessblowout , it is a huge scam and how they take your money is fast, and service well they dont have any. Jim Rosen is a scammer dont ever buy anything from him. 15 calls and 5 emails and 2 months later no one gets back to you. At least an address is easy to find.
These people are complete FRAUDS in their claims about lifetime warranty. I bought the most expensive 'certified' model. The electronics never worked properly and they won't replace it. These people are bald face liars about their warranty. Pathetic liars. They jack up the price and tell you that everything is 'lifetime' warranty. Total lie ... FRAUD ....
Purchased a reconditioned commercial Precor treadmill from Jim Rosen directly operating from his Fitness Warehouse 4 Less on Dec 2nd, 2015. This was to be a Christmas present to my wife even though Jim wouldn't commit to a Christmas delivery, he indicated it was very possible. He advised to contact his customer service after the 12/15 if I hadn't heard anything. On the 16th I started calling everyday for a 'status,' each call was more or less the run around. On the 22nd, my last call before Christmas, I was told there were additional parts needed to be installed this getting it for Christmas was not possible. Disappointed but understanding, I shelved the issue until after the 25th. I called the 28th and was told no shipping information was available but it had left their warehouse on way to the carrier for shipment. I was also told on the same call that they had to get a couple of pieces for the 'reconditioned' status and it was scheduled to ship on Friday. I gave the CS guy an ultimatum of getting it shipped immediately or a refund; I gave him to COB for me (EST) to get an answer. Called back at 5:30EST to speak to another CS person who told me my unit had shipped but they didn't have a tracking code. She asked to give them another 24 hours to get that info. My next steps at this point is to wait on their response to me tomorrow. Anything less than its on its way to me now and here's the tracking code will push me to cancel the order. Jim, if you read this either you need to fire your whole group of employees or admit you're running a racket.
I ordered a new exercise machine from this company on 11/7/2015. I was promised delivery in 14-21 business days. I had not heard anything about a ship date or tracking number so I started calling looking for information. I was told that they would research and get back to me several times. Finally one customer support person emailed me back and told my he would have a tracking number by EOD 12/9. As of 12/15 I still have not heard anything. I have called customer support every day since the 9th with no answers. I have tried to contact the person that emailed me but never can get to that person. I have talked with the sales side adn they said they would put a note on that persons desk. I have talked with other support people and they have put me on hour long hold while they try to get word from the manufacturer.
They managed to charge my credit card, but still no equipment.
When "Rocky" sold me this piece of equipment he assured me that I would have it in 14-21 days as stated in the company policy for new equipment. After a painful negotiation to get this price down to what I would pay if ordering from Amazon, I agreed to pay the price due to the lifetime extended warranty. Now I'm concerned that if I ever get the equipment how difficult will it be to make a claim.
I have called and emailed customer service several time without a return call or email. If you push #2 to get the department with questions for delivery, they never answer and you can't leave a message. If you dial #1 to get the sales department they will answer every time so I asked to speak to someone and before I could get out my full question I was transfered to some answering machine where I left a message without a return phone call.
Bottom line, Jim "Super Gym" Rosen is not offering good services at all. It's all about the sale. I paid cash for $2550.00 piece of equipment and have never received it, have had no follow up for my questions, and I'm concerned if I will ever get it. I could have ordered off of Amazon for $50 less and reviews that their equipment arrived in 10 days. Therefore STAY AWAY from this site if you can because even if you do happen to negotiate a fair price, this will be the last time you speak to ANYONE at this company about your purchase. Once the cash register rings, you are not important anymore.
I welcome attorneys to contact me because I have no way of knowing if my equipment will ever come.
I purchased a bowflex t5 mid-June for 799.00. I never received the bowflex. I canceled my order thru email to Jim Rosen because I could never access the website. Then I call my credit card company and canceled payment. A couple of days later I received a threatening letter from Jim Rosen, President of the company...

Your refund request was submitted after we received your email below. it takes approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to be issued and appear on your account. It is quite disturbing that you contacted your credit card company considering your refund was being processed by our accounting department and you made no further attempt to email.
Our Legal Department views your dispute with your credit card company as a hostile action as I don't see any emails requesting status of the refund following your 7/18 request. Your action now makes a very simple refund much more complex and messy. First of all, you have not won the chargeback. Your bank returns the funds during the dispute process until a final decision is rendered.
If we receive notification from our bank of a dispute, our Legal Department will stop the refund back to your card and vigorously defend our policies because of the action you chose to take. They will also report your account to all three credit bureaus Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion which will adversely affect your credit rating and require you to satisfy this matter prior to being able to obtain credit, refinance a loan, or obtain a credit card. I'm sorry you chose this hostile path but if you want to avoid the above, I will instruct my Legal Department to not take further action and speak to Accounting tomorrow morning to confirm status of your refund, conditional on you calling your credit card company and withdrawing your dispute. If you don't confirm immediately that you have withdrawn the dispute, I will be forced to stop Accounting from processing your refund and all bets are off.
