WARNING BEWARE OF FTINESS WORLD SCAM! they have started billing and charging members credit cards without their consent. We have not been able to use their facilities, nor have they returned multiple emails and telephone messages whcih we have left for them.
They filed bankruptcy and now opened under a new name but obviously need the money so they are now charging their members credit cards without authorization.
Requests to cancel membership has been ignored and they refuse to refund the monies. Contact your credit card issuer and report this fraud immediately!
When you cancel their membership they will tell you that their contract states they are allowed to charge your credit card as you are bound. This is an outright lie. Do not berlieve this nonsense and report this fraud and post your complaints to message board, complaints boards, pissed consumer and rip off reports to let people know about their SCAM!

I worked for Joseph for 3 weeks to help with sales, give his company structure and re-brand his company and after questioning his ethics and not delivering items to customers after preparing Joseph fired me.

I myself was asked by Joseph to deliver a inferior piece of equipment other than what the customer ordered and when I got there she refused it. I even warned Joseph the piece of equipment he forced us to deliver was not what she asked for. I reached out to the customer to see if she ever got the rest of her equipment. When I hear back from her I will post her comment if she gives me permission.
He also charged a customer for a new bench and then went on Craigslist and purchased a used one and delivered it to the customer.

DO NOT do business with this company. I bought several pieces of cardio equipment for 2 fitness centers I own and operate and am now having trouble getting my money back. I sent in a return credit card form as instructed 7 days ago. Still NO money! Only one piece was delivered and it was a week late. The others have not been delivered and it's been 5 weeks past the original due date of December 28, 2017. Joe the owner gave me excuse after excuse from cold weather to his whole staff being out sick to ice on the roads. The LAST straw was last week when he gave me a solid delivery date of Wednesday Jan 24th not only was he a no show he was also no call, no text no nothing. I had a friend call so he would answer the phone coming from another number he would not know he told her the truck left at 2.30pm. He also was not on the truck and the truck never made it to my gym. For the mess he has caused he promised me a $500 gift card when I was telling him to refund my money 2 weeks ago. The guy is a straight up shady lair. Now I'm back to looking for gear for my members and of course this is the busiest time in the fitness business. There are a lot of better HONEST used fitness equipment options out there.

Beginning in late March, the restaurant and Barbaria have been sued by three firms -- Seafood Supply, Sysco Food Services, and The Dallas Morning News -- seeking a total of some $95,000 in skipped payments for various goods and services (including $12,000 in assumed Bistro 1401 debt).
