I ordered a product off facebook . It was suppose to be for nerve pain. The add said it was 37.00 per bottle and if you ordered 3 you got one free. Not knowing how well it worked I ordered one bottle for 37.00. When checking my checking account I saw they took out 198.00. I got the phone number from my checking account.I called and told them there was a mistake. They told me I misunderstood the add. I told the operator I couldn't do 198.00 and need a refund. I was told to wait for the product and call back and I wold be told how to return it.there would be a 5 dollar restock fee And shipping cost. I told her I didn't have a return label I would have to pay shipping. Them she mentioned my next order I told her to cancel any other orders I didn't want any of it. If I had not checked my checking account I would have been locked into an auto ship before I received the product. And they would have taken another 69.dollars. So I called when I received it and was told to ship.it back and was given a return number. I was told I had to have it returned in 15 days. I received it with no invoice. So I shipped it 2 day priority with tracking. They received the product in 2 days. I didn't hear anything so I call 7 days later and asked did they receive it and when would I get my refund. I was told the product had to be checked and give them 24 to 48 hours. I waited 48 hours and called again . I was told it would be 3 to 5 business days . I asked to speak to a Manger or supervisor and was told he was on another line I told her I would hold she said they wouldn't let her put people on hold. When I insisted she hung up on me. I called back asked to speak to a supervisor. And was told I couldnt he wasn't in. I did tell her I wanted to speak to someone who could tell me when I would be getting my refund. She said there was nobody there . I told her I was going to call the BBB and the sheriffs dept. She was speaking over me telling she was so or I was inconvenienced . And hung up on me. I did call the BBB and they gave me the number to the federal trade commission. Then I found this when trying to find the Web site that's disappered.
