He clearly told me I was getting the Preventative Maintenance plan when he sold me the Deluxe Upgrade Package. I remember him going into detail about how a service technician will contact me every year to schedule the tune-up appointments. When I noticed it was not included in my statement, I immediately tried contacting him about why it was missing. He never responded to my calls or emails. I assumed it was included in the upgrade package.
However, a year later, I called Customer Service to inquire how my annual checkup will be scheduled. But I was informed that the Preventative Maintenance plan is separate from the Deluxe Upgrade Package, and that it was not in my order.
So, I feel cheated. Either he doesn't understand that the two plans are different, or he is intentionally misleading customers, making them think they are getting something they are not.
