December 15, 2015 I placed an order for exercise equipment, and paid in full for it. the price I paid was with free shipping. My emailed receipt stated I would have to wait 14 to 45 business days for delivery. Well, I politely waited, counting the days. I received no calls or emails from the company. Another month went by and I called. After being bounced around to all departments of the business I finally got to talk with Tatiana and explained the problem. I was given the excuse that because they had an ad running and were very busy that Dominc would call me the next day. Two days later I finally got tired of waiting and called again. I got another run around. It took Dominic a week to call. I explained the problem and how fed up I was and stated I wanted a refund. They wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee. A restocking fee for an item I never received? I told them Jim Rosen told me I would get a Full refund when he gladly took my money. Today I tried to call them again only to hear that number is no longer in use. I am not a rich person, I had to scrimp and save to get that equipment. I don't like feeling like I've been screwed over, but I need that money more than they. I'm tired of all this farting around. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They should all be put in jail.
I ordered a Pro-form Tour de France model 5.0, 2016 exercise bike on November 30, 2015. I received a Model 4.0 which is not what I ordered and paid for. After several attempts I was finally able to speak to someone in customer service who advised that there were problems with the 5.0 and it was not going to be available until February 1, 2016.
i received a copy of an email from their customer service to the supposed distributor a month ago. I have sent follow up emails to the customer service person with no response. I have additionally made several telephone calls to the customer service department (does it still exist?) and have been on hold for extended lengths of time with no live person ever picking up the phone.
If the product I purchased was not available when I ordered it, why was I not told that it was not available? Were they trying to use a bait and switch tactic hoping I would not notice the difference? I do not believe this company can deliver what I ordered and I have been scammed by ripoff artists. They were paid 60 days ago, but have not upheld their part of the contract.
They charged my credit card on November 30, 2015 and almost 60 days later I do not have what I ordered, nor do I have any indication that I will receive what I ordered.
Avoid this company like the plague! They take your money, send you an inferior product and make no attempt to deliver the product ordered. Their customer service department is virtually non-existent! I do not believe the word ethical is in their vocabulary!

The website claims "free financing"' but when you call they offer you a substantial discount if you pay with a ccard. Needless to say, I gave them my card and was charged that night. It is now 35 days later, I have NO equipment, NO response to my phone calls or emails, and a $2600 bill to pay on my ccard!! NEVER AGAIN!! Do NOT do business with this company!!!
Avoid these scam artists at all costs. They took my money 4 weeks ago, promised delivery within 21 days and I still have no equipment. I have called 5x (their customer service is only open 3 hours a day for customer service which should have told me to stay away) and when I can get someone to pick up which is half the time, my experience has been:
1. The manager I spoke to the day before is "unavailable, on vacation or not in today"
2. I have asked for a refund since I have not received the equipment and have been told that they do not allow "returns" until product is delivered...... I can't get the product delivered - go figure......
3. The person who can release the freight for delivery, "Aiden", has not been in the office anytime I have called and I have been assured during each phone call that he will release the freight within "24 to 48 hours"
So here I am 24 business days after my order, they have not called me or emailed me once. I cannot get an answer on when my equipment will deliver, nor will they refund the money they took from. This is Fraud and they are scam artists. Avoid them like the plague they are. I would have paid 20% more had I known what a nightmare “super” Jim scam artist Rosen and his crew are.
