On August 23, 2015 I responded to a advertisement for a online stock option advisery service called "Odds Proven Income" for a one month trial for $4.95. I did not notice the fine print that said I would have to call within one month in order to cancel. Today, I noticed that I had been charged $49.50 three times since, on 9/23/15, 10/23/15, and most recently, on 11/23/15. I consider this a scam because the requirement to call is in fine print, and the tone of the ad is that this is simply a trial. This is a common scam that is seen in ads for trials for cosmetic products, and I suspect that this type of scam is used frequently by other product offers. I called Fishback Management, and they agreed to refund my most recent charge on 11/23/15, but they refused to refund the earlier charges. I would very much like to get a refund of the previous two charges for a service that I never knew I had, and never used. But most important, I would like to bring attention to this company for deliberate use of dishonest ways of selling its products.
