This First service is ripping off all the residentns of my building They are supposed to manage the building but instead they are robbing it. They are very disrespectful, RANDI sUE fISHER CALLED ME A LIAR. She is a piece of works!!! She has no supervisor -- she can steal and lie all she wants and there is no accountability. My building in Hallywood is about to go broke because of all the padded bills from their vendors and the exorbitant salaries.
She refused to give me reuested records because they are forged. Share holdlers of this co. should be cautious and no building should ever hire them because they are very tricky and deceitful. The residents of my building are victims of this fraudulents management co. I didn't hire them -- they bribed the people on the board into hiring them. Most residents are od and helpless unfortunately. I hope law enforcement can do something about this theft.
First Service Residential is an arrogant corrupt company only interested in profits .
They have no integrity or ethics. They lie to your face about everything.
They hire incompetent workers. Their customer service is lousy. The head of maintenance is a voyeur pervert who placed spy cameras in our apartment and enjoyed spying on us.
We made a complaint with the Regional Director named Randi Sue Fisher. She took his side. She was a cougar who eyed my crotch the entire time and made me feel unconortable and suggested that she was romantically involved with the maintenance man and she also watched the spy cameras.
She turned the tables on me and called the police claiming that she was being harrassed.
The maintenance worker does not have the qualifications for his position and apparrently slept his way with this cougar. He even steals buildng supplies from the worksite .
Calls to the customer service center are IGNORED.
The CEO is clueless and indifferent to the situation.
This company is one big mess. Do not hire them to manage your building.
They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

A lawsuit has been filed as the direct result of the Bluffview Greens HOA Board's relationship with First Services Residential (its influences and neglect of member services). One HOA member describes the issues of management influence as "a tail, wagging the dog." Others agree: and view First Services and its attorneys as troublesome, unnecessary and excessive.
Three First Service Residentials perferred vendors contracted to perform work that was substandard as follows:
A Drip Irrigation Sprinkler was inefficiently installed causing water to run off into the streets and memacing leaks and the lack of proper water coverage leaves seasonal plants to die. Management has never assisted the community or the board with warrantable issues to be resolved.
The land maintenance contract provides for three seasonal planting over the past 5 years but the contractor has only installed plants 5 times and failed to do 10 planting during that time period.
Lastly it was Blunder Gate. A paint contractor applied two coats of paint improperly without first cleaning or removing dirt, contamination, rust or the old peeling paint, then carelessly slapped and piled on the paint. I usually give a company a chance before putting them on blast and rarely ever post about them on the internet, but these guys are a joke!
So I bought a townhouse and closed in January. Escrow had prepaid for 2 months worth of HOA dues starting January. So I would start paying in March. I received my first letter in January indeed showing the credit from escrow covering that months dues. Never saw a letter in the mail until late May. This letter was showing that I was late paying dues all the way from Feb., which is weird considering my escrow covered Feb. as well. Not to mention the resale package was about 3 times what I've paid in other neighborhoods.
Before just bowing down to them and paying this rediculous fee. I attempted to contact them.
No returned phone calls, no returned emails. Start of June, I receive another letter with a bunch of NRS code jumble and a long list of fees with a payment plan equaling close to $1000! Still, tried to contact them and make sure there was no error in sending me bills or what the deal was. Now I'm going to have to appear in front of their bogus board of dictators....I mean directors.
Word to the wise. DO NOT buy a house that is covered under this company's service. The parking in the complex is garbage. not enough spaces for the amount of units they have, and when you're unloading your groceries in front of the house, the towtruck is creeping around the corner waiting to scoop you up. The pool was opened more than half way through the season. Just a bunch of jokers who nickle and dime you for everything. Avoid FirstService HOA neighborhoods.
First Residential of North Las Vegas notified with one picture of a set of shudders that they needed to be painted. They then sent me another photo of the same set of shudders. I filed an extension as I live in Northern California. They gave me an extension and I got the work done as directed in the photos. I then began to get more and more fines and violations. It was only 17 weeks after the first violation was received that I was informed that I was being billed for a third set of shudders never identified in their notices. I wrote detailed and copious and detailed letters only to be told the fines would stand and that my case would no longer be considered.
What most people don't know, is that HOA fines are not enforceable!!
They will never take me to court because the case wouldn't twenty seconds in front of a judge.
I have several charges especially them squeezing me off of the board for reasons I can only guess at. It MAY have been my declaration of the Diety of Christ OR it was when I wanted to perform my fiduciary responsibility as Treasurer. I had asked to look at the books and one problem after another came up to prevent me from doing so. They broke the law in that, as they did not follow the by-laws in the legal way to remove a board member, they broke the law in their prejudice, they broke the law by saying I was NOT to take notes when trying to make a decision about a lawsuit, and that was a lie.
I have pages of documentation that shows this company for what they're really like, and "inept" and "incompetent" are the kindest things I can say. They broke the law and paid themselves well for doing so. I will be meeting with an attorney soon to see what can be done, but I would like to get a tiger of an attorney and not necessarily the nice guy I know.
Towed my car that was parked in tenant parking. The tenant i work for. I am a nurse working with the tenants child towed my car within an hour 25 mins after i arrive. Someone was stalking the parking spot and immediately called the towing company upon my arrivel. When i returned outside to put a parking plackard on, my car was gone. Falsified information to the towing company stateing i was parked there since 10:35 These guys have a deal and a system worked out with ashley towing to steal your vehicle and make you pay ransom. I was not in any residents way. I was not parked on any fire lanes. Or hydrants. The towing law in las vegas protects them from repercussions of doing this kind of business. Towing company refuses to tell me who had my vehicle towed. Is this illegal for them to hide the person i am trying to sue for harassment? This person has been waiting and watching everyday to steal my car.
Firstservice Residential has got to be the worst condominium and/or homeonwer's association ever. So far in a few years, their first cam lied to prospective purchasers (I know this because I was a witness to it) and their second cam might be even worse than their first.
They "court" a member of the board of directors and even went so far as to give them tickets to events which is illegal. Other ways they try to thank the person who handed over the association like a sheep to wolves is currently the subject of an ongoing lawsuit. Once they get in your community, they give themselves bonuses, they raise their fees every year, they might even use your community to show to other prospective clients as an example of "their" work. This is after they use your condo and/or h*o fees to remodel "their" office on Your property!
One of the ways they stay in power is to mail the ballots for the annual meeting at the last possible second. For 3 years in a row, they have mailed the ballots late. Oh, they have a lot of notaries they have sign an affidavit of mailing but the post office website (as well as multiple sample mailings I did) state that what should have arrived on a Friday, arrives on a Monday. And that is with mailing it at midnight on the day the they said they did!
Please save your money and hire a company who is local, who has ties to the community and research, research, research. It is so important because once this crappy company gets a foothold in your community, you might never get them out without a recall of the board of directors who were clueless enough to let them in. That's what my community is having to do.
Randi Sue Fisher is extremely nasty and talks down to us. This Company has "attitude". They believe they are always right!!!
