People whom work inside the office constantly harassing most school bus drivers on interrogating them why the bus drivers spent extra minutes They (the staffs) are just pretending you are just seating there on the chair doing nothing when in fact you are spending those times by swiping inside the bus, doing your paper works,waiting on the fueling lines and doing your pretrip, post trip.
This type of harassment are felt by most drivers very unfairly because it does deeply interfere with the work duties of the bus drivers to prevent them doing there jobs wish are sometime uncounted for on the bus drivers pay.This type of practice and intimidation from First Student are design to purposely cut times from on duties works and at the same time by cheating on the bus drivers pay checks.
First student allowed a bus to go out that was flagged by the mechanics because they did not have enough buses to go out. The dispacher told the driver and monitor they must use the bus when the bus was not able to properly go into gear and the emergency doors were broken. First student told the bus driver and monitor to pick up a child and the driver informed the dispather that the bus was smoking the dispatcher said to unload the child and drive back to the terminal because the other dispatcher was using the drivers bus because the dispatcher did not want a bus that had problems. So the driver drove into the terminal and the bus cought on fire and poofed and both tires blew up while monitor was trying to get off bus. They cover up the incident by sayiny the mechanics were putting out fire while bus was on fire and were under bus. There was no way the mechanics were under the bus and The driver quit and the monitor was injured permatley . The problem is the mechanics the dispatcher all covered for themselves and dot did nothing to investigat right away evern if some one was permatley injured. The supervisor was getting a bonus for keeping the busses unitil the year was out and because of all greed a Monitor got seriously injured for life.
