I've listened to several videos and Angelo Christian WITH FIRST BANK OF TEXAS sucked me into his scam. I can do this and that to get you approved for a mortgage and have you closed, which he did get me approved however; his mortgage processors and brokers are incompetent and, play mind games , plus lies. I got all the way to the end with our home and found out I was in a system called cavirs, (federal government default system for student loans or business loans)
I never heard of this system until now… which Angelo Christians team were suppose to pull cavirs first before proceeding with the loan up front, from what my new loan officer to me, to keep me from wasting time and money. Several other loan companies in my state (NC) I spoke with told me the same thing.
To make a long store short Angelo Christian caused me and my husband to loose 3k and he had no remorse, nor asked to repay us some monies back, due to his companies negligence….Driving around and flaughtning/boasting in his luxury cars and living in his fine home.
Angelo Christian also did not ask to use my husband to proceed on our home loan until the last minute so to speak which was a crock of lies and drama on their part. They also did not include my husband on the loan at first and we both have excellent credit scores….
By the way my credit score are now over 700, so is my husbands…My husband and I also have monies in our bank account. Which was all Angelo Christian and his team were concerned about.
My husband and I got pre approved with a company in NC and the company is great (the owner has being doing home loans for 40 years, has great reviews and a great reputation, so does the company and all of the staff). Our new real estate agent knows her stuff and she is awesome with great reviews as well.
If one reads the agreement before they file for their cards they will find that
it stats:
NOTICE: Some of these set-up and maintence fees will be assessed before you begin using your card and will reduce the amount of credit you initially have available. For example, if you are assigned the minimum credit limit of $350, you intial avaiable credit will be only $275 (or about $255 if you choose to have an authorized user).
This is found on the back of the letter under the area called FEES! So you folks who have turned in a bad report you need to go and re-read the back before you apply. Like my folks always said to me read the fine print before you sign. I just thought I'd defend this company and many others out there that do the same.
I reported a company called DAV BEAUTY had charged my credit card for things I did not order. First savings said I had to prove it. I told them I could not get them on the phone as it is a bogus number. I tried to email them the email tuned out to be bogus as well. First savings stated on 3 separate calls if I can’t prove I did not authorize the purchase I had to pay. After 5 years with them this is not the way to handle a fraudulent charge. Very disappointed in the service. Closed my account. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
