First Rate Field Services is a property management company that tricks you into completing work orders for them and then does not pay you for the work that you completed. They promise to pay on a specific schedule and then change the schedule with no notice. They skip over invoices all together and then require you to prove to them that it has not been paid by sending in a copy of the Pay Details that they sent you even then they do not pay the invoice and you will NEVER receive any final pay due you. If you aggressively pursue your rightful pay they will accuse you of HARASSMENT.

First Rate Field Services, does not pay their contract services partners. They purposly remotely deleted completed work orders from the mobile app they require and charge their sub-contractors to use. Then did not pay. When we contacted them regarding the remote deletion of the completed work orders, they claimed it was an issue with the software. However they did not take ownership over the issue, nor pay. Instead they advised they did not know what they owed us. So they did not know what to pay. We are first and foremost a Security & Investigations Firm, so we knew exactly what to do. Our in-house Cell Phone Forensics Specialist retreived the data directly from the cell phone that was used whlie in the field working for them. We forwarded the data to them. Then they advised that they just needed the photos that were taken to document the work being done. Keep in mind, they deleted all this info on their end. This was confirmed by our Cell Phone Forensics Specialist, that the data was infact remotely deleted by a First Rate Field Services logged in Admin. Our Cell Phone Forensics Specialist went back to work. 36 hours later, we retreived all the photos as well, sorted by the originating work order number assigned by them through their mobile application. So we forwarded the photos as well. All communications stopped at this point. They will not return phone calls. I also attempted to contact Mr. Mike Colombini, whom I found his information from a year old ripp off report from this very site where another contractor reported them for not paying for work / services completed by sub-contractors. I left several messages and did not receive any call back.
So here is the twist for full discloser. We were contacted by a sub-contractor that was not paid by this business and asked how much it would cost for us to investigate them. The disabled veteran that contacted us, told us he was on a very tight budgeet, but on principal wanted this company outed. That is when I came up with the idea, to just see if they would hire us as a sub-contractor to do work for them. They did. This allowed us front row seats to conduct our investigation by directly working for them and seeing if they infact deleted completed work orders as our client had claimed and if they would pay for the work services they were receiving. Our findings is they have made no effort to correct this issue, nor take ownership over this issue. My recommendation is hopefully you are researching before accepting any work so you can find articles such as this outing unethical companies like First Rate Field Services. Stay away from this company. They will take you for a ride and not look back. This company has only been in business for 3 years. They are not BBB accredited. They do not have Dun and Bradstreet number or rating that we could find. They are not licensed for out of state work. They are not registered with the State of Iowa to conduct business in the state of Iowa, they have not paid any service sales tax to the State of Iowa. Iowa State is now aware of this company, has been given all of our records and is now investigating on their own accord. All of these validators indicate this business does not know, or is knownbly and fradulently operating.
