After reading all the other reviews, we have come to find that many businesses pay marketing companies to give have 5 star reviews and this must be definitely the case for "NO Priority Audio". They use cut and paste glossy stock photos which is not their actual work. They lie about having core values and 24 hour support. We hired them to install audio & visual equipement for our entire home and ended up with nothing that is working till today. Everything that was installed by First Priority techs is either not working or defective . They charged us full retail for second quality equipment that was refurbished and passing it off as new. Secondly the techs were inexperienced and made many unecceary cuts into my wall to run wiring. I have walls full of damage including my floors and TV that were also scratched due to their negligance. They demanded a 70 % deposit which I found to be a very aggressive , but we were fooled to believe that they were the best and that we would not be disappointed so we gave them the CAsh. Instead of giving us what they promised We were instead tossed in a web of lies as they botched up the job after job ,sent different techs to the job site everyday. None of the techs knew what they were doing and in the end they left never returned to complete it. Till now we have nothing working .
The culprits Peter Cohen the project manager aka "the butcher" will butcher his beef and your house . He cared more about managing his corn beef sandwich at the deli than work . He was rude and aloof and he never managed the job . .Also, Jason D. the owner aka" Slim Shady" wearing tacky gold necklaces and Bert aka "big belly small eyes" ( unknown job title) hid behind their desks avoiding my calls all the while counting my money . Incompetence at its best and due to their negligence we had to file a law suit and after our attorneys doing research on this company they have found many other law suits that have been filed against the owners. Having to give them a 70 % deposit should have been a red flag as most companies require half. We were taken advantage because of our economic status especially being in the top 1% we tend to find many people get jealous and angry and allow greed to take over which is why this company only wanted our money instead of providing the service promised and as a result we have more damage than actual work.
