Is this how First Premier Bank treats wildfire refugee(s) who are fleeing massive, dangerous wildfires in South Dakota and Nebraska since August 2018 by shutting of their credit line(s) and sending their account(s) over to collections???! This is 2 types of theft occurring on behalf of First Premier Bank. They did not apply two payments as instructed which is a breach of verbal contract on their behalf. They first CAUSED and created this situation and NOT the cardholder!!! My credit card payments made on time like clockwork without delay up until the point that these wildfires were increasing in nature.

First Premier Bank is helping to assist those fleeing the massive, dangerous wildfires by making very unwise financial decisions, irresponsible decisions, and are 100 percent ignorant to the massive, dangerous wildfires in South Dakota. This PROOVES that First Premier Bank puts credit card holders that had outstanding payment histories up until the massive wildfires grew in increasing numbers. Such as the Vineyard Fire, the numerous fires in and around Hot Springs, SD. This also includes the massive fires in and around Rapid City, SD, Wall, SD, Box Elder, SD, and Wasta, SD. This includes the Sage Creek Fire near Sage Creek Campground near Wall, SD and additional spot fires. These are 100 percent accurate statements that are backed up by untouched, digital RAW footage as evidence.

The credit card holder has no control over massive wildfires and these wildfires are the main, root CAUSAL factors of WHY the cardholder cannot pay due to the obvious. Point the direct blame on the wildfires themselves and WHY the card holder cannot pay and blame those as directly responsible for the wildfires as A DIRECT CAUSAL FACTOR in this situation. First Premier Bank's irresponsible, callous, ignorant, very poor financial decisions demonstrate their callous, unsympathetic, regard of those fleeing massive wildfires and extreme, increasing high crime rates. This is very disturbing, disgusting, appalling, ignorant behavior on the part of First Premier Bank Card's aggregious behavior is putting card holder(s) at further risk.

What kind of banking institution is this???! I want all of the late fees waived, all credit points restored 100 percent, all credit reports corrected. I want an increased credit line of $15.000.00 U. S. D. with 1 percent interest rate with $5.00 per month payment plan to help assist with wildfire recovery, transportation, food, and lodging. No more excuses, no more delays, and no more BS! The cardholder is a financially responsible, on time paying client with an overall, track record of moral character and has ZERO control of wildfires!!!! The card holder(author) of this legitimate, accurate complaint will NOT be held financially hostage and restricted in movement by credit and paper fiat.

The cardholder wants a new card sent to the address and wants the ability to pay off other cards using a new card sent without restrictions!!! The cardholder DESERVES way, way better financial products than this and will not settle for second best. Any irrational, rude comments from others will not be tolerated and your name(s) will be collected and sent for prosecution under GENOCIDE and ECOCIDE activities to include First Premier Bank at Sioux Falls, SD. The cardholder will NOT remove this accurate, truthful report until FPBC is serious about helping those financially recover from wildfires instead of delaying, denying, or coming up with lousy, lying excuses as to why this cannot be done. The card holder is NOT havig it!!!! First Premier Bank does NOT have any special rights that others don't have. NO more restricting those in movement from fleeing massive wildfires and NO more THEFT coming from YOUR institution!

First of all, I was unaware of the $144.00 annual fee because they do it so slyly that you would never notice. First Premier, tells you after a while, that you are eligible for a credit increase. They say you are eligable for a $100.00 increase and then tell you that you will pay only $25.00. So, you think nothing of it and think you are getting something good, when in reality, they are hitting you over the head with more fees! I have been on the phone with them several times and have spoken to a few supervisors that were dumbfounded and did not know how to answer me when I told them I was NOT informed of this fee. One of them said I should have read the terms and conditions. I told him, that I received new cards in the mail (yes, I have two accounts with them) and no one asked me if I wanted to accept the NEW terms and conditions of the NEW cards. Everytime they renew your card, they must inform you of the terms and conditions, which First Premier did NOT do! First Peremier should have sent me an email asking me. "NOTICE OF CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT." They did NOT do this! But one credit card company , a different one, had the courtesy to ask me in an email if I would accept the new terms or decline. I declined, and they closed my account. When I told this so-called supervisor at First Premier, that he should have FLAGGED me down, the way the other credit card company did in an email and asked me if I wanted to renew at these new terms, he went silent and did not know how to answer me. The only thing he did was repeated what he said before about reading a contract, that was sent to me in 2009! First Permier should NOT get away with this bad behavior. I wanted to cancel both FP cards, but if I did that, they would charge me the entire balance of their stupid cards! ----DO NOT ACCEPT FIRST PREMIER AS YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY!---I AM STILL FIGHTING THIS AND WILL NOT STOP!---

DO NOT sign up for this card. I never use it so was confused how my minimum balance due kept going up, and then it was over the limit. Went to pay the bill, and looked in a bit closer, they have been charging me $50 per month for the last 7 months, on top of other charges. I never authourised it. Nor was aware of it. They only give you 60 days from the time you receive the bill with the fake charges to dispute it. And charge you interest on the fees that they charge you. Complete scam!

I was always curious why they did not have an app to check your activity/balance or to make a payment. If you download the statment it comes up as aa excel spred sheet. Screen shot everything you get from them.

Do your self a favor. Do not sign up for this. RUN. I will be reporting them to the BBB, and anyone else who will listen.

They get you on "we will help you rebuild your credit". and the screw you for $100's of dollars. Disgusting.

If you call them, there is no real person answering the phone. Just a menu. No e-mail address as well. If you need to dispute a chrge, you have to write them.

I moved from my original house: where i received my bill for first premier credit card. i could not find a way to contact them. i finally found a bill and contacted them. my card had expired and i wanted a new one. they said it was to late so they closed my account

that was october 2014 i have paid my bill every month and i checked my balance last month and it has only gone down a total of $185! so i have paid on a 700 credit card for almost 3 full years and it only went down 185!!!! that in itself is a rip off! i contacted them once before to ask questions they stated they received a payment 1 day late which is a $50 charge. i said ok fine but still how on earth can a person pay 3 years on a 700 card and it NOT be paid off yet!

I paid the applicaton fee, then I had to pay an activation fee. The card is not accepted any where in the St. Louis, mo. metro area that I know. Dasicly the card is useless.

I signed up for a First Premier bank credit card. I paid an initial 99.00 payment to process. Everything goes through and then they say i have a 500 limit. When they send the card though they send me an email saying that the intial fee is 125.00 dollars. Now if that was stated when i signed up i would never have went through with it. 225 dollars for a 500 dollar credit limit makes no since. I basically paying you 225.00 dollars to spend 375.00 thats crazy. So im going to cancel this card monday morning. Companies like this should not be able to operate. They prey on the poor and the people trying to make thier credit strong again. FIRST PREMIRE STAY AWAY FROM. THEY NEED TO BE SUED AND THE CEO CFO AND COO SHOULD BE ARRESTED. LOAN SHARKS ARE WHAT THEY ARE.

Yes am making a report on First Premier because they set hear charging my credit card ever month for none payment. The reason I have not been paying is because they set hear an let Buget Car Rental Service come in to my account and take money back after the fact I called and First Premier spotted it. They never went after them. Buget TOOK $249.00 OUT OF MY account. They claimed they don't recive my documents I send them. Then take me to fall for the dumb s*** but I'm not the one. So when I called to talk to them there Employee Tiffany tells me she don't see it. Like I told her she is a lie. I been trying to get my account right and they did not do anything I have been fighting with them about them charging my account it's almost $800 they have charged my not including interest rates. I would like to file classes action. I told them if they did not get my account right I will be filing. So it's not a game with them no more.

I opened an account with this company years ago at a time in my life when I did not have the best credit. They offered me a secured card wherein I would have to make a deposit to get a credit line. After working on my credit and getting to a place where I no longer needed this card which charges extravagant fees to maintain, I opted to pay it in full and just leave it alone. However, I began receiving bills thereafter with a charge due for "maintaining my account". So, I of course called them and low and behold they offered me a "no charge" maintenance fee to keep my account open with them. I love how credit card companies in general continue to rip off the consumer until we make a call to them. They would have done nothing but let me pay month after month had I not called. So I requested that they send back my security deposit. I find it so disinheartening that they are so quick to harass me for a maintenance fee but when I want MY money back that they have been holding they take their sweet time. I was told last month that my refund would be in the mail to me within 7 days. Still had not received and it's been a month. So today I called and was told the same - how can these companies get away with these pratices. I will check back and let you know if and when I do ever receive my refund - and I was told that even though they held my funds for over three years it earned no interest. But I sure paid their interest charges. I am so proud of myself for getting my credit in order so that I don't have to deal with these shady companies any longer.

First Premier has been charging me over the limit charges on $7.00-$10.00 purchases every month. Have used my card since early July. I received a bill for $75.62. Over the limit charged was $24.62. I payed this amount on 08-10-2016. On 08-11-2016 I checked my account. My current balance stated $649.00. After the $75.62 was deducted from my prior balance of $724.62. Still no available credit. I checked my account on 08-15-2016 and it then stated my current balance was $678.37. Minimum due $48.00, over the limit $21.73. I called to ask how I was over the limit with no purchases and was told your not over the limit. Clearly I had my account up while speaking with the representative. I did not get a direct answer to my questions. I was told you will have available credit on 08-18-2016 because they aren't sure if bank accounts actually have the funds. B******* you took my money the next day. Yet, I have to wait a week. I awoke this morning to an available credit of $21.00. Out of $75.62 which after the over limit is taken off would leave me with $50.00. Where is my money going every month off of these totals I'm charged ? Someone is lying. No valid explanation is ever given. I need my money back since apparently only $20.00 is being given to me after all my payments are made on time. With the exception of one time in July being charged $106.00 and only received $24.00 available credit. These crooks need to be shut down.

I opened up an credit card account with First Premier Bank in 2000. I have had that account for almost 16 years. I had never missed a payment and was paying $3.00 a month every month for what reason I really don't know. Now this has been going on for almost 16 years and I haven't used the card in years. This would mean I have paid $576.00 for no apparent reason at all.

I recently recieved a bill for 48.00 for an annual fee. I decided that I did not use the card and was wastieing my money every month and would not renew the card. I called First Premier to Cancel the card. The customer representative lady told me oh know Mrs. ----, We will waive that payment because you are such a good customer and we don't want to lose you. Just contiue to make the $3.00 payment and I will waive the $48.00. I thought what a nice customer service person.She actually cares about her customers. I thought this was the end of it. Keeping the card was my first mistake!!!

They later sent me a late statement saying I had not made the annual fee payment and they were also charging me late fees. Now remember I have continued to send the $3.00 every month. I couldn't believe what I was reading, I called customer service and finally got a so called suprientendant. She informed me that I was right and she would take away the late charges and the $48.00 annual which was suppose to have already been taken off. I thought it was over and they had made it right. I check my credit score and check it and find where they have turned me in as missing a payment which was a total lie. I have the girls ID # and name that was suppose to have fixed all of this. They lied to me it was never made right. They refuse to make it right and will not even let me talk to the girl whos ID and name I have that said everything was fine.

They have me as having a 0 balance which is right, since the representative told me to send $10.79 for which I got a bill for and paid. But they also have it on my credit report that I missed a payment which is a total lie.

Do not do business with these crooks. They will lie to you and rip you off in every way they can. This has hurt my credit which I worked hard to keep a high score. It would be different if it was true, but it was a total lie. I have turned in a dispute on my credit file and also contacted the better business bureau. All I could get was that ID# and she would only give me her first name (the representative), when I asked to speak to her to get it straight, I was told I could not. I asked what good it did me to get it and told me that was for identifying purposes only. This is so you don't have a leg to stand on. They are the biggest frauds I have ever had any dealings with, the delibertately try to hurt people by doing things behind your back and not even giving you a phone call so you will know what they are doing. They are frauds and they lie to their customers.

Please stay clear of First Premier Bank. You will regret any dealings with them.

I applied for the pre-approved card with a confirmation number online but it kept saying this offer was not available for the residents of New York. So I called the 800 number and a rep named Dylan said that I was applying on another website. He took my information and social security number and then said that I will receive a notice for more verfication from 7 to 10 days in the mail. But was not approved at this time. If they commit fraud with my ss number, I know who to sue but I want this reported before something does happen. Please let me know what I have to do in case. Thank you. By the way, according to ther application, this offer is not available to the residents of Wisconsin, not New York! Beware of wolves in sheeps clothing!

remier bankcard sent me a pre-approved letter, I decided to go for the offer, after filing out the form online and getting approved I was then charged a $95 fee. What the hell, I paid it got some verification number and never heard a thing, they have no contact on their website, I got no email updated on the card being issued let alone a card in the mail. After reading reviews I found out they might eventually send a credit card for a low limit and 49% interest but even that never came. This business should be criminally prosecuted and shut down. Im filing a dispute for the payment I gave to them, then the BBB and next FCC.

I was bamboozled into a credit card with credit limit of $700. I was not truley aware of what I would have to endure due to my mishap in judgement.

Unfornately, $175 of the money went back to First Premier Bank upon issuance of the credit card without my knowledge.

I am appauld that I have to pay for money I did not accumulate, but due to being a new homebuyer I have to pay off this credit card to help increaese my credit status.

I logged on my online banking on 12/17 and noticed a ACH withdrawal of 737+ dollars ; Googled FPB & came to first Premier Bankcard ; Immediately called ; got a female rep. gave last 5 telephone numbers I had and she said none matched ; then all addresses dating back to 15 years ago she said no match ; I told her bullcrap I am sitting here looking at a bill from you right now with the 1st address I gave you that you have sent my bills to since 2012 ; got nowhere fast with her ; called back & pressed 5 for card fraud or theft ; I have all my cards on me at all times & have not been on the site for days prior to that ; did not have a bill due till 1/5/2016 of min. $52.00 or more ; sometimes I pay more ; they said they would kill the card and send another (to what address ; since none matched); still to receive it ; Had to go to bank and cancel account due to this trying to process not only on the 18th; all was well by the21st but showed again on the23rd ;

Funny thing to me all I got as an answer was your security team said password was used online nothing else they could do ; Well I think no one hacked my passwords & someone wanted some Christmas money that worked there due to the fact that 11 other sites I pay online are OK and 5 of them are also credit card companies ; if was online hacker they would be going for more than just one & why would a persone committing ID theft try to pay your bill off? ; I want this investigated & have not been able to log in to make payment since the 17th when this came to my attention; already contacted credit reporting agencies ,Federal Trade Commission & consulting an attorney tomorrow ; cost me mental anguish stressed out & due to the time between being removed the 1st and 2nd time at bank before 1 of overdraft fees were removed ; they finally started processing bills I paid online the weekend before & caused yet another fee in negative $1,76 due to this & 2 trips to bank to get straightened out all overdraft fees totaled 90 bucks ; Google your site and look at all the BAD reviews ; I need access to my account I was paying on time and sometimes early along with all my credit scores going all the way down to POOR over this & one way or another I am going to continue till satisfied dead number was ************6106 very ticked & got every right to be.

After falling into hard times i applied for a loan they called me approved it reffered Me to a local market Where i made a money gram to which they said i would get my money back just wanted to make sure I'd be able to make the requested monthly pay back payment. Was promised the money In 40 minutes. On a Friday them a call back ( Voicemail) that by midnight cause the servers were busy. Then on Monday got a call THEY now need over 200 dollars to send ther move caused of my bank and where they're located. I refused frustrated already knowing the whole weekend i was takin advantaged of. I got nothing but attitude i was cussed at what professional pace does that..

I received a card from first premier with a $300 limit. I used it once and miss placed the card. I called and cancelled it and they sent me another one. I got that one and my first bill was 600. Then my next one was 692.00 so I said it was a rip off. I called and asked them why the bill so high and have only used it once. They want me to pay for the lost card and the new one. I ask how much for a settlement and they told me if I pay off they would not remove it from my credit report

I using some credit cards from many bank, But this is my first time i experience a bank that trying to charge u as much as they can , they Took 68.71 usd For Auto Draft. this is not a friend bank. i will try to pay all the credit and cancel this, never want to deal with them , and i hope people will know about this and not use this Bank.

Right off the bat I already owed about $250.00 then one needs to wait 5 days to post payment or pay to post sooner. Very Unhelpful "Customer Service". Very sorry I ever got involved with First Premier Bank.
