Been with this bank for over four years and they talked me into mobile banking because the girls now I bring any checks because I'm a hairdresser, now I almost feel like it was all a set up. I deposited a few checks by mobile deposited A check and it said excepted and the next day I called the bank because it wasn't there and I had a bunch of overdraft fees,. First they tell me they have no record of the transaction. so I take pictures from my phone and I go up there and I showed them then they say you didn't do it before five. I take screenshots of the time I did it take it up there and show them. every day this was going on I was talking to the bank and talking to the one 800 number and and never did they tell me that I could read deposit this check because it had already been used now they say I should have. they charge me lots and lots of fees never gave me a reason why they chose to not take this one just kept telling me they fix it and then they wouldn't fix it and it added up to $899 with an actual purchases of $257 and now I get set up with the Better Business Bureau they don't even help me they close it because they said the company can pick and choose which checks they want to honor which they don't, had I've been told that the very next day I would've had to check rewritten and redeposited and I wouldn't of continually got a bunch of overdraft fees because their customer service kept telling me they fix it and then I couldn't redeposit that check and they still haven't done it.
they refused to do it and I feel very ripped off and I feel like this was all a set up and as I go on the Internet and I read other things about the spank other people feel the same way how can they get away with this
I keep getting overdraft charges I have gotten them many times when I called to get information they told me that their system shows different from what I'm able to see today I called to remove the origin of courtesy because those again going to get charge due to the holiday that apparently The company I work for did not direct deposit in time I called to remove overdraft courtesy they did that without a hassle but I'm being told that I will be still getting charged $35 insufficient funds fee per charge even though the merchant will not be paid which I don't see how that would affect the bank in anyway
