On 7/13/16, I took out what I believed to be health insurance. It pays very little if anything. On prescriptions, it pays very little also. I received a call from 888-633-5080 asking for my new debit card numbers. I have not given them to this company as of yet as I have been suspicous. I attempted to call the customer service number and speak with "Yolanda" 1-800-389-9027 and it has been disconnected. Called 1-855-707-2392 and there was no answer. Also called 1-855-707-2392 and no answer. Was told that t his number belongs to Jacki Johnson. They have been charging me $218.52 since 8/1/16 and giving very little coverage. My card says its a limited medical plan and is underwwritten by AXIS Insurance Company. It says membership benefits are offered through Alliance for Consumers USA.

This whole thing seems suspicious and I would like to know for sure. Like I said, my payment is due 1/1/17 and I am afraid to activate my new debit card. I am going to my bank on 12/29/16 and changing the numbers on my debit card.

I was told that my Dr. visits would be $10 & specialists $25, my scripts $4-$14. I have been paying for my Dr. visits (one was $42). I was told at that visit that I only had 3 Dr. visits/yr. I would have to pay for any over that. My prescriptions have been over $100 & I have 6. I have been using a prescription card because it's cheaper.*

Health Insurance Innovations really got me. I was assured a full refund if I was not satisfied with their services. Three calls for a welcome packet with no ID card sent either. I called the third time and canceled their services and was told that no more funds would be taken from my account. The very next day I called my bank only to find out there were two transactions from the very same insurace company but with two differnt amounts and two different names. Its been within the 30 day grace period they mention that they will give you a full refund if you are unsatisfied and instead they withdrew more money from my account.
