I've seen another report on a Marco Ryland and the same company name. Unfortuantely this was after being scammed. As the other report stated, he calimed he could get funding for a business between $350-$450k in 30-45 days using Personal Gaurantors. After about 40 days with no money, i was told the underwriters were witholding approvals due to another client defaulting. A couple of weeks later he said he would refund my money and continue to try for the funding. After 2 months i decided to do a little more digging, i stumbled upon another phone number i hadnt seen before for the compnany and called it hoping to get someone on the line, since "james" stopped answering the phone or text. Who i spoke to surprised me, as it was the REAL James Rylander, owner of the REAL First Credit Services. He told me i was the second person to call in 2 months and also another gentleman had come by his office from California who had also spoken with fake James but hadnt paid him yet. I sent the money Febuary 28th, He has since stopped answering the phone completely but has not blocked me yet as the line still rings. The last text he sent was the beginning of this month claiming he would call in the morning i hsavent recieved that call nor any call since about April 5th. I did some more research, the bank account he had me send the money to is registered to Aspired Solutions LLC at US Bank, Aspired Solutions is registered in the state of NV through a service called Inc File. The name listed as responsible party is Mohammed Mirza, i have not been able to get inc file on the phone to confirm an identity or location. THIS GUY DESERVES TO BE DEALT WITH. He not only is stealing money, but also commiting, wire fraud and identity theft. Somebody please catch this guy
Marco Ryland scammed me for $2000. He claimed from a CL Ad that he could provide funding within 3-4 weeks. After several attempts to clarify why it was taking so long after about two months he claimed that his account was frozen and that the lenders were no longer providing funding because one of his clients defaulted on a loan. He promised a refund and did not do so. He would text me about updates that were not happening at all.
Eventually he blocked me from contacting him by phone and would no longer answer emails or texts or phone calls. He lied about everything he does and everything he said he could do. Marco Ryland should be prosecuted for fraud and for robbery. He is a thief and a con and a liar and does not care about who you are. He also claimed that you could use a credit card to protect you but tried using someone else's business account and the transaction was rejected. He then used the guise of depositing the funds into a business acount which I believe was a friends account in Bank of America. This began in January 2017 and he disappered May 19, 2017 and never refunded my money.
