My car was illegally towed from my Apartment complex, when I called to see if for some reason First Class Cars had repo'd it I found out they had not, but they helped me find the people responsible for it, it was towards the end of the month and had no cash, they helped me get my car back had their Mechanic look it over, got it fixed up and registered for the coming year and helped me find a lawyer to take the towing company to small claims court and not only get me the money for the impound back (their money really) they got me a little extra for my loss of the car for a few days. Thanks FCC if that is not over the top Customer service I don't know what is. I will be back for all me and my Family Gar needs, you have got a customer for life.
First of all the salesmen never told me that the car had a refurbished title, that the car had been totaled at one time. I took the car off the lot and proceeded to drive home only to get 3 blocks away and the engine started misfiring. I took it back and they replaced one of the distributor modules. The car worked fine after that and then I noticed a week later it was losing water and I found out it was the cooling lines. the little plastic connectors were completely worn out and I was putting in a gallon of water a week. I told them about it and they said that they would fix it for a price. I fixed it myself. The car never went into overdrive and found out that the crank shaft was out of balance and that the overdrive gear on those models are faulty. I was never told this. I also noticed it needed an alignment. I til it to big o and they did the right front strut was completely worn out and it wouldn't pass inspection. I paid for that as well.
Other mechanical issues subsequently happened. An egr valve, Mass airflow sensor. When a friend of mine told me that he also had a business deal with First Class Cars and that the that they overcharged him according to the blue book value of a car I decided to check it out on my car. Sure enough, First Class Cars overcharged me by 1200 dollars and I have all the nessesary documentation to prove it. I called them and ask them to take that off the balance they said they would have to get back to me and they never did. I called them time and time again and they wouldn't call me back. So I stopped making the payments and now come to find out they sent me to a collection agency. My argument is they defrauded me in the way that they didn't tell me the car has a refurbished title and they over billed me $1200 over the blue book value of the vehicle I paid 1500 dollars down. I got screwed and I know other people have as well.
