I applied for a $8000 loan and repeatedly had to pay "fees" to get the loan. I have paid over $4100 in fees that were placed on Ebay gift cards and did not ever get the loan. They repeatedly told me I would receive that money back but never did receive that.
First David Miller calls you and says you are guaranteed your loan but you have to call his Senior Manager Robin Jones to get the money wired into your account. At first, she only asks for $100 then she says after you get that she needs $250 more. Then when you say you want to cancel Robin says you will get your money back in 24 hours but she is a LIAR and you get 0 back.
I had gotten an email and a phone call regarding a personal loan in the amount of $6000. Within one week, the company had taken $2600 from me leaving me without a dime. I asked for my loan to be cancelled and requested my refund. Martin told me that the cancellation fee was $300 and I asked that he send me confirmation and a agreement stating how much I inquired the loan for plus what I was owed on my refund. I made my $300 cancellation fee which Martin sent me via email a ACH confirmation from Bank of America in the amount of $2600 ( including my cancellatiin fee which you should never be credited a cancellation fee). I waited 2 more hours and nothing was deposited into my bank account. I reached out to Martin asking where my funds were and he said you would need to pay an additional $144 for the check to clear. I then told Martin that I have contacted the authorities, BBB, FTC and my Attorney General. I feel incredibly stupid for falling for this scam and these people should be ashamed of themselves. I really needed this loan to get me completely out of debt. Now I’m $2600 more in debt.
