I then made my claim thru First Chicago. The claims adjuster came out the same day. He deemed the car driveable in which it is. My back door on the driver side is smashed in. The adjuster advised that I don't try to open the door or go to an car wash it was because of the big open gash in the door.

He got my information about where I wanted to send Lexi. That's her name because she is an Lexus.lol. The adjuster commented on the collision center stating. I've had the pleasure at least twice of dealing with the collision people and how great of an job they do and had wonderful personalities.

He also said that I would be recieving a call in an couple of days. A week later I finally get a call from an so called agent. He questioned me over an recorded line. Which I viewed as intimidation practices because they are looking for an out. The next call came a day or 2 after paying my premium and still waiting for car repair.

That call was about me being approved and they were sending their portion of 900 plus dollars off by mail that day to the collision center and would 7-10 days to be recieved. I wait another whole week and no phone call from either place. I call the fc agent back.

He says oh I couldn't send the check off because that particular collision center is not on our list and we need an W9 form from them so they could be added on our list. In my head I went back to the conversation with their adjuster. I immediately found an contradiction.

So I asked why hasn't called me informing me of the problem or sent the W9 for via email to the people a week ago. His statement was that he had tried an there was no correspondence back. Another contradiction, because immediately hanging up with the so called agent.

I called the collision center and she says ma'am I was just faxed an W9 form 2 minutes ago and I assure this is the very for correspondence we've recieved in reference to an W9. In less than 2 weeks I will owe my new monthly premium which they expect and it's been a month since the collision and claim took place.

My hometown is 2.5 hours away. My cousin was buried yesterday and I am emotional wreck over not being able to attend his funeral and say my good byes. Why because of my car still not being fixed and so much cold comes in the car, I might as well be riding a bicycle.

I really feel the underwriters for these type of Companies should share liabilities for these situations. Because as I see it this Company is taking alot of money from people and making sure when the time comes for paying claims. They start lying, ducking, and dodging their responsibility that we as consumers is paying for.

It is an Very uneasy feeling knowing that if their dodging an 900 plus approved payments for months at a time. God forbid my vehicle ever gets into an actual accident and get totalled. I'm completely screwed! These underwriters know the histories of shady companies such as First Chicago and they continue to keep themselves in business regardless of their reputations.

First Chicago and other Companies are more or less forced topost consumer reviews and they all are horrible. And I feel the 2 or 3 people that gave these people reviews of 4 or 5 stars. Must be paid actors or their personal friends because the other pages and pages of reviews are horrible.

If I am forced to get an lawyer over this matter, you better know that the underwriters are first because they have full knowledge of what this Company is doing. They've done it so much and for so long I'm sure of 2 things. I'll win my case and it would cause an mass class action!
