I got the loan with good intentions and they requested my collateral to be left with them which I did willingly because I had every intention of paying the loan.
Days later I was involved in a motorcycle accident that has left me disabled and have already had 2 surgeries and been hospitalized due to a staph infection that now requires a six week antibiotic drip that goes straight to my heart.
I've spoken with them directly and indirectly to let them be aware of my situation to no avail. They call me daylight to dark threatening to have a warrant taken out on a debt when I told them to sell the collateral they have that is worth more than I borrowed and they refuse. Instead they continue to harass me and my references about taking out a warrant for my arrest.
