I NEVER ordered this product!! I charged appears on my credit card statement for $89.95 and $10.90. I called 877-202-7623 on 9/27/17 and spoke with Geneva and Raymond and advised them that I never ordered this product and I never received the product. I was advised that USPS confirmed that it was deliver. I stated again that I NEVER ordered this product and I NEVER received this prodcut and I want the account cancelled and my money refunded. I also cancelled my credit card since obviously someone else ordered this and used my credit card for a frauduelent purchase. I went rounds with these people, all stating the same thing and finally spoke with Jason. He reassured me that my refund, now the full amount and which is now a check because I cancelled my credit card and it will take 5 weeks. Oh and I'm going to send you a complimentary bottle of our product for your problems...I don't want your product, but if you want to really send me a FREE sample....go ahead, I'll give it to someone as a gift. I have sensitive skin and use soap and water and it works for me, but okay. NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!Obsured process!!!!! but I'm not willing to give out my new credit card information.
Now on 11/8/2017 I haven't received my check so I call. I get to have the same conversation that took place back on 9/27 and the rep Sacra is telling me that he has no idea why anyone would tell me that I am getting a refund. We tried mutiple times to refund the card and it just will not go through. YEA!!! because I cancelled the card, this is what you are suppose to do when someone gets a hold of your credit card and uses it for unathorized purchased. OMG!!!!!! Now I am transferred to Ray, who doesn't want me to go to small claims court, I would spend more money then it is worth. REALLY!!! So he says that my refund is being processed and it takes 5-7 weeks, pleae give us till the week of Thanksgiving. So I told him, this is it, no more, I get my check and cash it - you will not hear from me. I don't get my check and you will hear from me.
Today is 12/4/17 and I called to speak with Ray...oh guess what, we don't have extensions here and I don't know who Ray is. Just perfect. So Efrado tells me your account has been cancelled. THis is not why I am calling, I'm calling as I still don't have my money. He wants to tell me the same things again, I cut him off and ask for a manager. So DAVID, I'm calling you out in this report. Your a JERK and your tatics of "Your not going to put me in a corner!" isn't going to work either. Like I said, I am that person who will do everything at this point to get my money back as long as it is legal. The call, per your recording is recorded, I hope so because when we go to court, I will ask my lawyer to subpena the phone call, you know when you were speaking to another employee and speaking so not nicely about me, did you forget to hit mute as I heard everything you said. Oh, and David, you have no customer service skills and again if you think bully tactics would work, they didn't.

So now let's move to Karen, no emotions and this is all I can do girl. You think it is okay for me to wait from 9/27/17 to current date 12/4/2017 and wait another 3-4 weeks to get my money back when this was NEVER authorized in the first place. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
This company deserves to be put out of business and these individuals in this report....you all have lied, talked down to me, made false accusations (DAVID), basically tell me be nice to you or I'm not going to help you or hang up on you. This is NOT the way you treat people. I have every right to be mad and upset.....this has taken way to long and I'm pretty sure I will never get my money.
RUN from this company, there are 13 compliants on BBB as of today and if you google them you will find more people just like me having issues with them.
