Very bad customer service, refund not issued, products not received.

In 2014 I place an order for a radio belt and a duty belt. For the radio belt, I recieved duplicate and wrong parts. I was asked to ship the wrong items back to firestore online and I would recieve credit for shipping once it was recieved and at that point, they would re-ship the proper items. The proper items were recieved, but shipping credit was never given. When I recieved the duty belt, they sent the wrong size. When I contacted firestore online, they gave me the same story, to ship it back at my expense and once they recieved the item, they would credit me for the shipping and re-issue the correct item. Still have not ever recieved shipping credit for either of these items.

On December 7, 2015 I placed an order with the promise that my husbands Christmas gifts would arrive before December 24th. I called on December 22, 2015 to find out why I had not received my order yet and told that it had been "lost in the mail". I asked to cancel my order and issue a refund. It has now been almost 11 months since my request. I have called many times and am always told that someone would call me back regarding my refund- which is the same answer that I have recieved the last 3 times that I have contacted this company. To add to this, the watch that I ordered with this has now defective due to poor workmanship.

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company and will not ever recoomend them to my family or friends and will not ever order form them again. I am frustrated with calling and never getting this problem solved. I feel that they could care less about customer service. I don't feel like I will ever get my money back or have the defective item replaced that they sent me. My husband got to use his watch for all of three weeks before it stopped working and fell apart. Buyers Beware! Do not do business with FIRESTOREONLINE.

I ordered my annual clothing supply from FireStoreOnline.Com for the Fire Department. First a week or so before placed my order I was gathering my list of items needed. I called and asked how to size a belt sold by them and they reported to order the waist size. About a week later I placed my order of miscelaneous uniform items to inlcude a new belt. The belt i ordered at the waist size like I was told a week or so prior. Once I called the customer service representative guided me to the web page to submit a return form which would take from 24 to 48 hours for the company to respond to and authorize a return. So, before hanging up I asked if I would be responsible for shipping cost due to the company giving me bad information and he stated yes. I stated if I had made the wrong sizing choice on my own I would understand this but, since the company directed me into purchasing a wrong size belt because of their direction it should be replaced by the company. The customer sales rep stated he would have answered my call if i had called the day of the order and I would be on record and he cannot find a record of me calling. I stated I had called a week or so prior and not from the same number I was currently on. He then stated he would have remembered and asked what was the name of the customer service representatives name. I was taken back because I dont see a need to record or ask for customer service representatives names. I then stated he can settle my shipping issue or I will returne my entire order. He smirked over the phone and said i can do what i please. So if this is how customers are treated by this company they have lost a customer and i will tell all of my DOD buddies about this shady business.
