I purchased refrigerator filters back in June of 2014, and had a great experience. I got a three-pack for a very reasonable price and shipping was either free or very reasonable. This is not always the case when ordering online because I live in Hawaii and companies love to charge outrageous amounts to ship, even though most items can be sent US mail flat rate as any other state. The sears store on the small outer island I live on went out of business several years ago, and the company offered filters for my refrigerator online but the shipping would have cost as much as the product. That's when I gave FilterOutlets.com a try.The product arrived promptly and was just what I ordered, even though the brand had been discontinued and the name had changed. The filters fit my refrigerator. I just installed the last one I had on hand and would like to order more. If this company is still in business, I will order from them again.
We ordered 2 refrigerator filters on August 9, 2015 for $42.45. We tried 8 times to contact through online, 6 times via phone (always goes to answering service), and one FAX. It is October 7, 2015 and NO response.
