On April 27, 2015 I ordered a Versacart through Amazon (a hefty $60.00) from this company. This company has the worst customer service policy (which is none).
From the day I received this cart - the wheels have been falling off - when I try to use it for laundry or any other personal use. I have attempted several times to contact customer service at this company at the tel.# (908) 818-8756 without any success.
I left a message at the number above- and called more than twice. After that was unsuccessful, I tried e-mailing the company three times. The last e-mail is dated June 11, 2015. This was a follow up to an e-mail on June 2, 2015 - at which time a person "P. Sinclair" requested my ordering information - which I sent with an attachment. P. Sinclair promised to rectify the problem immediately.
I have waited and waited without any correspondence or resolution to this problem and have not heard back from anyone.
I filed a complaint with the BBB of New Jersey. Apparently, the BBB did not help at all.
I am sure many other people buy this cart and once they have your $60.00 this company will refuse to do anything to assist in any defective carts or repairs.
Buy your cart (if you need one) from another company. This company will not communicate, repair or refund at all !
