Fidelity Ventures Reviews

This was an eBay vehicle where the dealer discusses how the car is immaculate and the dealer works hard to insure their cars are in great condition. I bought the car and had it shipped. Within the first moments of taking the car to have it washed it started rumbling loudly and wouldn't move. I called the dealer and was told to call "Summer" the administrative assistant as there was "nothing they could do". My call was avoided over the next two days. Meanwhile the temporary tag was only good for two days after delivery. The car worked long enough to get it to the shop where I was told all service records had been pulled from all Mercedes dealers on this S550 and there were "none" after the manufacturer's warranty.

All fluids and filters were dirty, engine and transmission mounts were worn out, tires were worn and needed replacing to pass inspection, brakes were worn down to the rotors, and it required a tune up.

Further, the car could not be driven from the shop. I was flying to Texas for Thanksgiving. My state said the title information was completed incorrectly anyway and the car could not be registered here. I went to the dealership and overheard the owner Ramin talking to Summer on speaker phone. When I called to see if we could talk about my transmission he texted me and said he was with his family. Summer admitted knowing there were issues with the mounts and when I told her the tranny was completely out she said "that's why we try to get everyone to buy warranties before the car leaves the lot.

Just wait thirty days and file a claim against the warranty you bought". Well the waiting period is 30 days AND 1000 miles, which is now impossible but is also fraud because of a "preexisting condition". I have filed a complaint with FTC and BBB. One attorney has already regarded the AS IS policy as "unconscionable" and has offered to take the case if this isn't resolved. I've been in a rental since I bought this car. I've got list of repairs at $3300 not including tires and a $7000 transmission. The car hasn't been driven 30 miles and is already a loss. My issue is this dealer KNEW this car was a lemon and worked aggressively to push it off on me hoping it would last 30 days. I plan to fight every inch of the way until I get my money back or the dealer repairs this vehicle.
