I paid for three years fully managed web hosting. Any time that I had a problem or request related to my site I was told that before they could address it I would need to schedule a phone call. During the call the attempt to sell you additional services that I don’t need. If you don’t pay they don’t correct your problem.
I have requested the information necessary to migrate my site to another hosting service and they will not reply. I have made multiple requests over the course of a week. They are holding my website hostage, it is now inoperable. This company is a scam. Beware!
