FH Legal, Manuel Ventura, and Dennis Webb are now under investigation!!!
Update. August 16, 2017. FH Legal, Lic. Manuel Ventura, and Dennis Webb, are all now under criminal investigation for various financial crimes, including illegal financial intermediation, which has resulted in MULTIPLE people losing significant amounts of money. Honest people gave these con-artists money for financial services that Dennis Webb and Lic. Manuel Ventura were never even licensed to provide, nor did they ever intend to perform on. It was setup as a scam from the beginning, with no intent to deliver the loans they promised. Honest people sent them money for bond premiums, for (fake) loans that were never granted, and it was sent to corporate accounts that were never even registered for the purpose of doing ANY business in Costa Rica, much less for financial transactions. These scumbags told their clients they had a $1M bond to do this type of business, and also said they were registered with SUGEF to legally perform financial services, but they were lying the whole time. They were never registered with the Central Bank, nor with SUGEF, and they never had a $1M bond. It was all a LIE! Their whole scheme was a complete fraud from the very beginning, designed ONLY to steal bond premiums from honest people, for loans they knew did not exist, and that they were not authorized to offer. The attorney for all of this scam was Lic. Manuel Ventura of FH Legal. He was the one who formed the corporations that promised loans, and to which money for loan premiums was transferred to, and then never seen again. He was involved with the scam on an almost daily basis, and thus knew it was completely fake and illegal the whole time. He represented Dennis Webb in all of this, and formed his corporations, and thus Manuel Ventura knew the corporations were not registered with SUGEF, nor with the Central Bank, nor were they even registered as active corporations.
The authorities have been contacted, and a full investigation is now underway. How a licensed attorney thought he could get away with offering illegal financial services, that he knew were both illegal, and were completely false, is shocking. What is even more shocking, is that he is still a licensed and practicing attorney as of this writing. If you are considering trusting Manuel Ventura of FH Legal for any business in Costa Rica, then I sincerely hope this post saves you from the same bad experience my friends are having. It has been very devastating to have lost their life savings to these scumbags. Now, it is up to the authorities and the legal system, to serve justice on these thieves.

The people who believed in Manuel Ventura of FH Legal, will continue to do everything legally that they can to recover their money. And, they will continue to let the rest of the world know, in every forum possible, that Manuel Ventura of FH Legal has no moral compass except for MONEY.
