I found Joseph Ferrucci, Esq. though a search two years ago. My friends had an issue with the property owners near them, and so did I. Luckily Joe was located in Laguna Woods, so I paid him a visit before shopping at the shopping center. Joe was very nice and courteous. He let me know right away that he was great at handling real estate problems. He let me know that he was a Fullerton grad (well before my time), but it still warmed my heart to see someone from CSUF become a successful attorney. Anyway, without getting too much into my case Joe led us to believe he was particularly skilled at matters of my nature, but he instead kept dragging the case on and on EVEN AFTER I TOLD HIM TO JUST SETTLE IT so he could take more and more money from me, money that I did not recover from the settlement. There were two separate instances where I distinctly remember him talking me out of settling early. In the end, we settled for a lower amount. Joe Ferrucci was not out for my best interest, only his bottom line!
