I leased my maserati at ferrari of Ft Lauderdale ((954) 607-7928) , one of the services they offered was when I paid for the service package they would pick up my car and bring it back home after service was completed. They hired a company called dns driver services to send a driver to pick up and drop off my car; on the way back they crashed my car. I was not in the car and my name is not on the police report.
When I called the service manager he told me I'm responsible for the crash and I have to call my insurance and file the claim myself. The service manager (eddie Lopez) was extremely rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. I am assuming a company who transports cars has to be insured adequately. The staff at the dealership completely ignored me and refused to help with any of this.
I feel it's absolutely unfair for me to file a claim, pay the deductible, and have that on my insurance record when I was not driving the car. they left the poor woman stranded who was driving stranded for hours at night , the tow truck driver had to take her home. they wrote my email wrong and admitted to it and later wanted to say they emailed me info which they didnt.
