I purchase a Fendi Shirt and Fendi tennis shoes on 08/27/2022, for a total of $1,520.00. I did not like the fit of the tennis shoes so I shipped them back to Fendi for a refund on 09/06/2022 and they received them on 09/07/2022 at 12:34pm by Camry.
20 days went by and I heard nothing, when I tried calling the number on the receipt, the number is not a working number. I then contacted Fendi corporate office and continued to get the run around from them as well. Its been 27 days and I am still getting the run around.
At this point I am going to file a complaint with consumer affairs because Fendi is defrauding their customers and not refunding or exchanging the merchandise they are owed. If they think that I am going to let them get away with keeping my $870.00 they are sadly mistaken.
Put the word out on all social media plateforms that Fendi is a RIP OFF.
I bough this black sneaker in black fabric and studs Code: 8E6386SN2F06VN at your South Coast Plaza California store a few months ago. After my wife wore it twice, a stud came off. We took it back to the store and request a repair. We were told it will take 4 - 10 weeks.
We were shocked and felt very upset, We bought Fendi product because of its quality and it is a leader of fashion. It is not fashion any more after 10 weeks! To make the case worse, we went to the store last Sat (after 10 weeks), we were now told it will take up to 15 weeks, plus there is no guarantee that it will be repaired after 15 weeks.
We request a refund or a new pair, but the store manager telling us this is not an option. We are so upset about the poor quality, not timely repair service, poor customer service, and no commitment from Fendi.
I called the corporate consumer center, the reply is go back to the store, we cannot help you.
To make the case worst, we receive no communications from Fendi during this 10 weeks time about the status of repair. We only found out when we went to the store and told another 5 more weeks. Our friends heard about this unacceptable service from Fendi are all having a second thoughts about Fendi products.
