Poorly written scope of work. Unqualified support personell. Thieving, lying, morally bankrupt project manager. Despite all this I did impeccable work for them at their client's site and they never paid. I have mostly 5 star ratings and they have several 1 star.
Avoid them like the plague! I don't understand how they stay in business. Google them! You will find multiple reports of their complete lack of moral fiber. Apparently the have a license to steal.

Not even a phone call, no partial payment.

We expect our customers to communicate any issues that affect payment, but this outfit just ignores you. I don't even know how they found us, but shame on us for trusting them. We pulled a permit and did the job as requested, their customer moved in to the facility, but since we trust people to pay the bill I have to say they are a disappointment.
