Fire all the idiots with the Federal Trade Commission who have completely failed consumers with lack of protection. The Police don't give a crap about robocalls. The robocall idiots simply program a different caller ID (fake) and the problem never gets solved. Why pay the FTC if the only solutions is to have the consumer block the calls. Idiots with the FTC simply don't get it. Put the robocallers in Jail. Stiffer penalties. Outlaw the devices that allow these robocallers to harass consumers on a daily basis. When a consumer calls the FTC the report should generate an investigation and the cellular provider must provide the call log and where the call was generated from. When the cellular providers get tired of the FTC pulling these reports they will stop the robocallers from abusing the phone lines on their system. Don't say this can't be done you idiot MF (mother f@#$@#ers). Fire the d**n FTC people in charge of this problem because they have failed for many years in creating a solution.

Wireless carriers - slap them with fines when they do nothing to stop these robocalls. If your system can't easily see who is dialing over and over and over moment after moment - you are idiots for not creating a system that can stop robocallers from taking over your phone lines and switch equipment. Stop fake caller ID The Do Not Call Registry is a joke. You a******. When you pick up a robocall (and not say anything) it's too late. I'm a business owner in Florida and I'm tired of the crap with Robocalls coming in to my cell phone every day. Every day! There is no solution provided by anyone to stop this. Fire everyone and start fresh. These people admit on CSPAN that they can't do a thing. Stop asking consumers to do anything. Fix the problem at the source. Put these idiots in Jail. Robocallers from out of the country should be easily found as the calls come in to the country and blocked from the source! It's called technology. Use it. Krista - shut your pie whole. You are such a fat pig idiot waste of space. If the police have the equipment to identify a call even if fake caller ID or apps that block or change a callers ID.... why can't the FTC use this technology to catch the robocaller idiots. You can do it. You just don't want to put the law enforcement tools in place to help the consumers. Alex Algard - apps don't help you a*s. Robocallers change the inbound caller ID using technology to hide the source of the call. Terrorists that want to hurt American business can robocall business owners and put us out of business. This is a terrorist activity and the resources need to be put in place to stop it. This is war against our country.
Since we registered our telephone numbers on the Federal Trade Commission's Do Not Call Registry, the number of robocalls, advertising calls, and other unwanted calls has more than quadrupled. We used to get 3 or 4 calls per month. Since March 2017, we get AT LEAST 2-4 calls per day on each phone that we answer. I do not answer my land line, as I need to keep it free for outbound calls, so I have no idea how many nuisance calls may be coming in on that line. I believe someone at the FTC has been selling the Do Not Call registered numbers, or they have been hacked and are not protecting our privacy.
The Do Not Call Registry complaint process is difficult and time-consuming if you wish to report an illegal call. Since my husband is 79 and disabled, I believe someone at the FTC is guilty of elder abuse as well as massive privacy violations. THERE IS NO PLACE ON THE FTC WEBSITE TO REPORT SUCH WRONGDOING. I left a phone message for the Inspector General's office, but I would be amazed if they were to call back.
Federal Trade Commission, Washington, District Of Columbia Does Not Help Out The General Public, American Taxpayer!
I have written to the Federal Trade Commission on numerous occasions ever since I had become a Victim Of Fraud for over $30,000.00 whereby somebody used my American Express Credit Card to purchase Men's Skin Care Products over the Internet and tried to steal money from American Express for merchandise that Never Even Existed from the Very Beginning!
Furthermore, the Fraudulent Transactions were conducted while I was Out Of The Country in South America without a Signature and this Fake Merchandise Never Even Existed From The Very Beginning and there was Never Any Proof Of Delivery from any courier company, including the United States Postal Service!
I have asked the Federal Trade Commission for Help and Assistance because American Express deliberately and purposely Ruined My Credit For Invalid Reasons and American Express Never Even Lost A Penny because they Never Paid This Illegal Merchant for the Attempted Fraud that Occurred Over The Internet back in the year of 2016.
In any case, I was hoping that the Federal Trade Commission could penalize the three (3) Credit Bureaus: Experian, Equifax and TransUnion for publishing fake and false information about myself on my Three (3) Credit Reports since they are responsible for regulating them.
However, when I contacted them the first time around, all they did for ME was send me out a form letter and booklet acknowledging my complaint and documents and that was all!
Well, fast forwarding to where I am Right Now....When I recontacted the Federal Trade Commission again recently back on Thursday, September 28, 2017, all they said in their form letter was that they are only authorized to investigate complaints regarding fraud, waste, or abuse committed against, or committed by employees or contractors of the Federal Trade Commission which clearly does Not Make Any Sense.!
In Addition: They also said that they have redirected my mail and complaint to their FTC Consumer Response Center (CRC) for any appropriate action.
Do You Know What This Really Means In Simple English?
Answer: The Federal Trade Commission could care less about ME, nor my complaint and Loves To Find Ways To Not Get Involved!

I was robbed by credit union, AND Scottrade of my entire balances. I am refused service by both police, and sheriffs, who state I must go to govt agency. They all decline to help individuals, only do general help to all. I am disgusted and very happy I no longer live under their whips. There IS no justice in US anymore.
