Before I spoke to had a distinct accent and gave me obviously fictitious names. The first was Gavin Owens and the second was James Foster. I was given a confimation number and a phone number that was answered "Federal Reserve Bank - Health and Human Services". The number Washington state; it is 206-596-0857. But the original Frank College from Washington DC; it is 202-700-0000. I wasn't able to look up any information on either number. When I called I gave the confirmation number and was told how I could choose to receive the money: via Western Union. I was then asked to pay a $240 fee to register with the Federal Reserve Bank.
A woman named Caroline called me yesterday. She said she was from the Federal Reserve Bank, in Washington D.C. She told me I was accepted for a grant for 9,000 dollars. And all I had to do was go to Walmart to pick it up. But, I needed $250 to pay for th processing fee. And my Grand total would be $9,250. I told her I don't get paid until Friday, so she gave me a number to call her back when I'm ready to make the transaction. Now, tomorrow is Friday. And, until I came across this site, I was ready to fall for this. But, I can see, I'm not the first to fall for this. And it IS a scam!! Thank you for these reports. You have saved me from becoming a victim.

The total sum owed to you by these 3 banks mentioned above was summed up to the tune of US$15,500,000.00 [Fifteen Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars]. Now the fund has been totally lodged in one particular Escrow account (NON-DEDUCTIBLE) here in the US Federal Reserve Bank, while waiting for accreditation to your bank account in any part of the world.
