FBMS will target small compnies who are looking for credit card processing. They will open a epin account for them. Then they will let you process transactions as well. They will remit you your funds for first 2-3 weeks. then they will stop remiting money to you. Initially when you call to inquire they will just say your account is in review but you can continue processing. After that they will give you a run around for couple of weeks clainming your review is complete and your funds will be released soon and things like that. while you process and fund the owners retirement fund with your hard earned money.
Then finally they will say your account is closed as risk has determinded your account is too risky. When you ask when will my funds be released, they will give you 6 months time frame. Then you wait 6 months and call again they will pretend to setup a call with there risk team. there risk team will not call you. You can keep calling , the same person will pick ph one day she will say she is jennie, the second day you call and she will say they she is sarah. They say they cannot say anything and risk will get back to you. But they never will no matter what you do. My account was closed 18 months ago and i am still trying to get my money released. Now they dont even answer your calls.
