I made the mistake of trying fastbirthcertificates.com after I saw they billed my card twice. After reading all the bad reviews I asked to cancel my order and refund $139.66 they pulled from my account. They agreed but refunded only half from each charge. It seems Tim Sanner (ceo) and his minions aren't smart enough to see their error of over billing my card. They won't even answer my emails now. Use this company at your own risk. Tim Sanner is a thief and should be delt with accordingly!
I went thru this service so as I could get an expedited birth certificate. Paid a lot of money to have it expedited. I have emailed several times about it taking so long. Its been a month. I still have no birth certificate. I asked about a refund for my expedited fee and was quickly told its just an estimate its not for certain that you will... get it when we say you will get it. Stay far away from this company. I should have gone with another site I used in the past. I will never make this mistake again.
