On Saturday August 1 I took my car to fast n clean car wash on e broad st My car was. Ring dried off and I was getting in my vehicle with the door open. An employee attempted to pull another car next to mine hitting my door and pushing it open damaging the door and hinges so the door will not close. The other car almost hit me knocking me into my vehicle. The other car was also had extensive damage. A "manager" came out and gave the name and number of the GM Chris Star 614-517-5935. The employees of the car wash did ask if I was ok nor did they assist me trying to get my door secure. I drove home with my drivers side door open. When I got home I filed a police report and called Chris. I received a call back on Monday. He stated I needed to get 2 estimates and I told him my car was not drive able and I wanted s rental car. He said that I had to pay for it and they would reimburse me. I told him no I should not have to pay anything out of pocket and how was I to get estimates when the car door will not shut. I did manage to get the car to Dave Gill which is just across the street from me. I got an estimate and was advised not to drive the car. 5 days later I still do not have a rental car and Chris will not give me the car wash insurance information. I contacted the other vehicle owner and the have not returned her calls. This place is a big rip off. I am sure they would not have paid me back for any rental car.
