I took out a vehicle title loan with these people about four months ago. I borrowed $5k on a vehicle which was considerably worth more money than the amount borrowed, and was told that I had to have a tracking device on my car, to which I said absolutly not! They supposedly agreed to my conditions.
They loaned me the five thousand dollars, proceeded to harass me by email and phone several times per day. I called to get a payoff on my car loan, to which they proceeded to tell me that it was about $880 higher than I borrowed. I came into the Long Beach location to present them with my cashier's check from a local bank. They (supposedly) called my bank to confirm the check and was allegedly told that it was fraudluent!
I called my bank and was told that the check was "absolutly good." Finally a half hour later, they asked me for my keys so they could remove the tracking device from my car ! Please do not go to Fast Money Loans of Long Beach! They are completly unethical, liars and predatory lenders!
