Didnt do the fix up on the home that was promised. couldnt then sell it. paid us next to nothing for it.
said he would rent it and pay mortgage. Deal kept changing always talking and promising.
Then found out his real name is Rob Palano and he has been scamming people for 40 years, been to jail, and has multiple convictions. Still finding people to rip off and somehow still in business.

Career Criminal RJ Palano aka Robert Palano has been ran out of many states after having been convicted of over 12 felonies. He has been able to avoid detection by going by RJ Palano instead of his full name-Robert Joseph Palano He was run out of many states. 1 state report after the BBB recieved 150 calls of his scams gave him and this company and "F" rating. Article states was run by a convicted Felon-Rob Palano. After he was run out of that state he changed his name to RJ and has avoided detection.

After doing research others are complaining about him as he uses various business fronts and can be found through googling him. How does someone guilty of over 12 felonies and untold number of misdemeanors, ran out of other states still able to do business? BEWARE! HE IS A SCAM!
